      I purchased hair from Glam Seamless. When I got the item i immediately contacted Glam seamless for an exchange. The hair is poor quality, not 22 inch, and it very thin at the end, also the sewing of the hair is coming out. Glam seamless says i put heat on the hair to cause this. I did not put heat on the hair at all. When i received it i contacted them right away to resolve this issue. I see they have a 60 day guarantee but do not honor that. I just would like an exchange for a better product. I bought from them before and the hair was fabulous and great condition but this time it is poor quality. I sent them pictures and they declined an exchange. I keep going back and forth with them on email and customer service is horrible. I really hope you can help resolve this issue. ORDER # ******

      We have been in communication with ******* on providing a resolution for the issues she's experiencing with her extensions. All Glam Seamless extensions come with a 60 day guarantee against manufacturing defects. In the event that the hair extension is deemed as defective we will then either issue a full credit to the account (Store Credit Only) or a partial credit. We reserve the right to determine how much of a credit shall be issued based on many factors such as usage and claim dates. Upon review of the claim, we did not find any manufacturing defects. Based on the photos provided improper use of heat has been utilized on the extensions. Our team has offered ******* complimentary hair care to revive her extensions. As no manufacturing defect has been found no further resolution will be offered.

      We ordered an item from this site that was supposed to be a blonde 20 inch extention on 7/19/21 they said it was a final sale item but shipped the the completely wrong thing. Color looked white and it was obviously a defective item that we wouldn't be able to use. They are trying to fraud people out of hundreds of dollars and when I called they were rude and continued to offer no refund/return. The sale price was 249.99 and this company should not be in business as it is fraudulent and unprofessional.

      After further review of communication with our Customer Experience Associates, we understand that this purchase was a final sale item. This was stated and agreed to upon checking out on our website before completing the purchase. Colors may vary and can appear different online, depending on the computer screen or device. Lighting on your phone, computer, and in the photos can alter the appearance of hair colors. Color Matching by email or online cannot be guaranteed for these reasons. Our team had offered a one time exception for an exchange which had been denied. As a final sale item was purchased a refund will not be provided.

      As shown in my first screenshot of the site where I purchased it, the listing says nothing about being final sale nor did it in checkout. They are making things up after the sale and my item received and recipient provided said nothing about final sale item. They are being a fraudulent business and add in nonsense after the sale to refuse buyers of refunds for their defective items that they are reselling in my opinion

After further review of communication with our Customer Experience Associates, we understand that this purchase was a final sale item. As per our policy stated on our website we do not accept final sale purchases for refunds or exchanges. Although the customer has received the correct product based on her order our team has offered a one time exception of a store credit or exchange. As per our policy a refund will not be provided. This customer is welcome to accept the store credit or exchange by directly responding to our email thread. We believe this resolution is more than fair based on the policies and procedures we have in place. We regret to inform that no further resolution will be provided.
