    Spent nearly $18k on new ********************** and glass doors for my condo. ********* (owner) was recommended by building super. Very nice man, except once final payment was made he has left me with a faulty window that has condensation growing between panes. Although we had various issues at beginning that required having installation technician to return about 4 times: to remove messy rubber caulk smears on **********************, replace very large window which cracked 3 weeks after installation, repair faulty terrace door which was incorrectly installed and was difficult to close, and replace faulty screens. All were eventually handled since final payment was being withheld. After final payment was made, another large window has since developed condensation within the panes less than a year after installation. *** has stopped all communication even though 4 months ago he agreed to replace the window and claimed he placed an order with Crystal ********************** for replacement 4 months since per the contract, the window condensation began while the window was still under warranty.For the price paid, the **********************/doors should not break within 9 months. And in the event that they do, contractually *** is obligated to repair to customers satisfaction in a timely manner. I am still waiting for my window replacement which per *** was ordered back in September. And no response to my last 3 emails wanting an approximate date of installation since *** there is a tenant living in the apartment who needs to be informed for permission to access the apartment.
