            We hired them to add screens to our windows and they ended up breaking two of the window handles. they denied breaking one of them, saying that they showed it was working to the Housekeeper, but this is not true. now they want to charge us ** $650 and then gave us a dis**unt at $375 to repair the handle that they broke.

            DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY ! This company is a total fraud! I hired this company to build and install a sliding patio door with pet gate for in my house. To kickoff the contract after measuring up, they demanded a 50% upfront payment for work. I paid amount $356 June 23, 2021 and he provided an invoice by email. After 4 weeks I got an excuse, "manufacturer is behind on orders and they gave me a couple of weeks . Those weeks past and another excuse, then another, then another....... 3 mouth past and no work performed. At this point, I just want my money back. I formally asked for my money back in September of 2021 and they agreed to refund my $356 but no money was refunded it's March of 2022 now. I called and emailed numerous times, but no refund was issued. And since then I have not received any communication from them. 200 calls and emails and they hasn't responded. At this point I just have to file a small claim court to recover my money. Shame on this bussiness! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! IS A THIEF AND A SCAM ARTIST. FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
