Purchase an expensive jacket online on Dec. 27/2024. Returned it due to defect on shoulder and requested refund. Refund approve Jan.18 and to date, they havent issued my refund of $800.00 Theres no customer service number in ****** online only. Call ***, they said they cant help and sent request back to ******. ****** sent email arguing w me that refund was issued, I sent them **** statement proving it wasnt. Tried sending new email to both *** and ******, *** email customer service blocked **** have no where to turn to to get my money back. Please help!Customer Answer

I purchased a blazer at a Veronica beard store in another state from which I live. I had the blazer sent to me (shipped 1/7/24) so that it would not get squished on the plane. I wanted a blazer that had not been tried on by multiple people, and I requested a fresh one from the back to be sent. When I received it, it was squished into a tiny little box, and fit differently than the blazer I had tried on in the store. Per the receipt and the companies website, I have 21 days from the date of shipping to return the item for a full refund, minus restocking fees. Unfortunately, when I entered the order number ***************) into the Veronica Beard website, it would not generate a return label. I called customer service several times the 2 weeks after I received the blazer. Each time, I was pushed to a queue to leave my phone number, and a way to call back. Several times, I did not receive a call back. The time I did receive a call back, I was unable to answer the phone, and no information was left for me. The day before the 21st day (1/27/24) I sent a message to the Veronica Beard customer service team via email. I did not receive a response from this email until 1/31/24. The response from the company was that I was too late to request a return, as I was out of compliance with their policy (As outlined in our return policy, we allow 21 days from the shipment date to request a return). I was quite clear on their policy, as evidenced by my multiple tries to return the item.I am request that the company follow their policy and allow me to return the item. The delay is due to bandwidth on their side, and no fault of my own.Customer Answer

I placed an order with Veronica Beard in November that included 6 items. The items were shipped in 5 different packages via **** One package including pants that cost $448 was not delivered to my address. I emailed Veronica Beard to inform them that it wasnt delivered. I also provided timestamped footage from my nest camera showing the front steps of my home where both US mail and packages are delivered to demonstrate that no package was delivered at the time provided by **** Despite stating via email that a refund could be processed after the footage was received, the customer service representative (*****) then stated that she was awaiting a response from *** before providing an update on the status of my refund. I then checked the status of the *** trace on the package. Despite *** sharing that the trace was complete, ***** failed to respond to three additional emails asking for a response. I was not given the option during the online checkout process to request that a signature be required for my delivery. I also called the Veronica Beard 800 number three times and was forced each time to leave my phone # supposedly in a call back queue. I never received a call back and now am left with no response via email or phone to my repeated attempts to receive a refund for the item that was not delivered. I am filing this complaint as I am appalled and perplexed that Veronica Beard seems to have simply decided to stop communicating with a loyal and frequent customer.Customer Answer

Ordered 4 items online from Veronica Beard. All were returned. Started return process on line and added two items, Restarted return process for all items but mistakenly used the ** code for return for just two items. They only refunded two items even though all four were in box. Repeated calls to customer service to resolve issue. First return call from customer service came days after my first call. They responded back a day later that the items in question "were not in warehouse". This was at least a week after they received return so hard to say why they would still be in the warehouse. I again called customer service and emailed. Responses were limited to a few emails and return calls all with same answer, The customer service is deplorable-no one ever answers the line and you have to wait for a call back. I spoke to a manager who said basically they did not receive items which they definitely did. All of this went on for weeks. I asked for the amount to be returned to my credit card for the price of the items which was $1006.42. (They did refund the two items that were included on the ** code-as I say I used the wrong code that only listed two items) I have repeatedly admitted my ** code mistake in the limited correspondence and no one acknowledges that this is the issue they only repeat that they did not receive items which they would have no way to track since so much time had elapsed between the return reaching the warehouse and the customer service actually returning my call. I sent back an item almost two weeks ago and it was received a couple days later. The return still hasnt processed, I paid via installment and Affirm is demanding i pay them. I recently purchased the Mirtea Dress from this company, Order#******. Immediately after purchasing I noticed the same item available from Saks Fifth Avenue for $159.20: ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** asked for a price match and the company refused to honor the $50 cost difference. I asked if I should just return the item and purchase from Saks, which would actually cost the company more money, and they refused to provide a return label so I could return and purchase elsewhere.Customer Answer

I tried to cancel my order of Veronica Beard shoes but despite calling multiple times this company never answered. After ordering shoes I found that I had ordered the wrong size and tried to cancel. No one replied to my phone calls. They said they would give me a return label by email. Now ***** says the shoes were delivered but they were not delivered to my home. I tried to call and they did not answer. They said by e-mail that they would raise an investigation and I would not receive a refund until then.Customer Answer

The business got my return back and kept half of the amount I paid .I paid $120 for a pair of jeans that was too small for me and they refunded $60 after my return .

I purchased a denim jumpsuit online through the Veronica Beard website. I went to return or exchange my item and I was refused stating that the item is a final sale When I placed the order no where did it state that the sale was final on my original order which is on their website or on my receipt for the item. I went to return the item and notified them before the 21 days was up. I tried calling and was placed on hold for longer than 30 minutes. I bought a pair of shoes from this company two weeks ago, and have reached out several times to get the status of my order but no one ever responds and now (for some reason) I cannot access my account on their website. I'm going to go through my CC company to cancel my shoe order, but this is just HORRIBLE customer service.
