    HORRIBLE COMPANY! ****, unprofessional and impossible to deal with. I have spoken with several doctors, medical professionals and DME experts in ** and none of them have ever heard of this company! If I had known how horrible this company is, I would have told my origin Pulmonary doctor to find me a more competent company.

    I have been trying to get a simply piece of headgear from them since I first got the machine more than 3 weeks ago. The piece they gave me ripped hair out of my head (I told them, no reaction). I am not a novice, as I've had a CPAP prior to this new one. I have been in contact with 3 people within 2 offices via phone calls and emails totalling 12 at this point. NO ONE is getting back to me and NO ONE is getting me the head gear I require. I am taking this to corporate, and I will NOT pay any bill that they try to charge me until I get what I am supposed to have. I am reading tons of bad reviews and can't imagine why ownership would not want to make things right. But, I guess that is the sign of the times. They billed ********* so why do they care now. Well, I'm contacting ******** tomorrow to tell them of my issues right after I contact corporate. Let's see what happens now.

    My doctor referred this company so I trusted them. They will give you a line about over charging you so they can get the insurance company to pay. You wont owe anything. I was also told I was purchasing the machine then I come to find out it is a rental billed monthly that I have to cover. I could have purchased the machine for less. Beware, there are reviews all over the web explaining their bad business practices. Check it out and run the other way. Unfortunately I found out too late.

    They are rude, they send me equipment I don’t need and charge me for it. They said they would honor a warranty when my machine broke. They lied and now I have to try and use a broken machine. I would have this company investigated. Mostly because they send me equipment that I don’t need, extra mouthpieces that are not my size. I asked them to just send my size but they would because they would have to open a generic pack they send with stuff I don’t need. Read the reviews on ****** and you will see. It seems though they have a monopoly in this area.

    We apologize for any issues you had with our company. We would like to clarify the issues that you have. The reason we send you the packages with the different sizes is because they are fit packs and are not individually packaged. We cannot separate them due to sanitation purposes. Your insurance company and yourself only get charged for one of those pieces. Not all 3. All machines have a two year warranty. Yours unfortunately expired in March 2022. You were informed in November 2021 that your machine would be covered under warranty until then but at the time there was a wait for new machines due to a nationwide recall. You informed us that you did not want to wait. We would have gladly shipped out a new machine if you had told us you wanted it but there would unfortunately be a wait. You also called in February 2022, May 2022 and the beginning of August 2022 for new supplies, which we sent, and you did not tell us that you were having further issues with your machine. When you called us on August 17, 2022 you then told us that you were still having problems with your machine. It was at that time that we informed you that your machine was no longer under warranty. You also called us in October 2022 and November 2022 for supplies, which were sent, and did not mention any issues you had with the machine. We do not call patients when the warranty ends on their machines as that is explained to them when the equipment is received and we hand out paperwork stating everything and it is signed by the patient.
