On 6-10-24 I brought my vehicle to Good Guys Automotive for a leak that my vehicle was experiencing. They said they took care of the leak and charged me $54.00. I went home and noticed that the vehicle was still leaking and took my vehicle back again at my earliest convenience on 6-18-24 they said that the vehicle needed a pressure hose to fix the problem. They charged me 356.40 for this and I noticed that the vehicle was still leaking even though they ensured me they checked and took all the necessary precautions to make sure the vehicle leak was taken care of. But to my surprise when I drove the vehicle back home and parked the vehicle was still leaking from the same problem they had claimed to fix and I now have to get the same process done to my vehicle again through another company.

sorry customer had 2 repairs 1 was an exhaust repair and the other was a power steering line. customer did come back and we found a loose bolt on a banjo fitting. we tightened it up and customer.  left 1 st repair was exhaust and tighten up the bolt 2 days later customer stated that it was still leaking than we ordered a power steering line and replaced it. approx. 3 days later customer came to shop said vehicle was still leaking. we asked her when she would like to schedule an appointment for us to check it out. she stated she would call us back to set it up. she never did we have receipt of part installed on premises. we do not make the parts nor do we even know if the problem is the same leak customer has 1 year warranty on part and labor. today she called very rude and belligerent we even tried to call her back to get a look a vehicle to determine leak and she hung up. i suggest she calms down and brings vehicle in for inspection. or there is nothing we can do.

I took my car to Good Guys Automotive on January 19,2023 for a muffler replacement and inspection. They were also to repair my back-up light on the passenger side. I noticed a a little over a week later that my reverse light was really dim so I called the shop on February 27th,2023, and took the car back to the shop on February 28, 2023.The worker brought my car back and told me that he sealed the area because there was moisture getting in there which they should have done anyway. I noticed the same problem the next day so I took my car back on March 2,2023. I was told by the same guy that they fixed that light, which was a light over my tag in order for it to pass inspection, which was not true. I then said that I didn't pay them to fix a tag light, that I paid them to fix my back up light. I literally argued with this man and they still didn't fix my back up light. He then told me that I would have to pay additional money to repair my light which I'm not going to do because they were supposed to make that repair instead of what he told me they did. I paid for something they made up in order to get my money. As I said, what they say they did and the reason for it is a total fabrication and not something I authorized.

First of all the woman needs to read her receipt. We replaced a backup light bulb socket and unfortunately our mechanic found water in her license plate socket and he cleaned that out for no charge. She came back because the bulb was them on the backup light socket. Unfortunately there was three different part number bulbs. We changed the bulbs and set her on the way. There is no desired rerun for this woman and as for the fact of our matter we would like to not do any more work for her because she seems to have an attitude problem with everyone even our secretary who is nice to her she was not very pleasant with we even took the time to show her the problem with her cobbed up exhaust it seems like this woman acts like everyone owes her something for no charge the work was done it's completed we apologize for the mistake and she got a free repair on us with her license plate socket this matter is closed
