    They are a scam company . They keep telling me that my * *** protector is on its way . I paid $ 54.99 for it . Don’t be fooled by this company . I wish I had looked them up before I ordered from them !!! They get 1 star because you have to give them something .

    I purchased 1 Premium 3 in 1 Aluminum Alloy MagSafe Charging Stande for a 2023 Christmas present. They mistakenly sent me second unit. I submitted a request for an Approved Return, requesting that the refund method be Original Method of Payment, which was a credit card. I got an Approved Return with a mailing label (which they charged me $20+ for). I returned the unit then got an email from them with the refund in a gift card. I have exchanged 6 plus emails with them and they keep asking for the Order # and saying that on the Return Request I asked for a gift card refund. I even sent them a copy of the Return Request, which shows I asked for a Refund in the same mode as payment. They are now not responding to my email at all and there is not a phone number anywhere on their documents or website to actually speak to a person. I'm out $149. NO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have any problem at all, it will not be resolved!

    I have been trying to contact Moderno Collections to return a charger that does not work. Once a month for the last three months I send an email asking for help on this. I get their autogenerated email back saying "This message is just to let you know we received your message, and we are working hard to get back to you as quickly as possible (always within 24 hours)" but no one gets back to me after that.

    I have been trying to get a return label from Moderno Collections, for my two Axis Series IPad keyboard Cases (I ordered the wrong size) since January, 15th, 2023, and I am still waiting. All I wanted to do is to send the two items and exchange them with two other keyboard cases that could fit my iPads. Their excuse is that they are having some challenges with the system’s ability to generate a return label. Obviously, their excuse is ungenuine. Finally, I decided to dispute the bill with the help of my bank. I suggest customers to avoid buying items from Moderno Collections.
