    Beware! I ordered $132 worth of socks that do not fit. This company will NOT return or refund anything for any reason. If you buy them, they are yours period. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

    This company is not what they present themselves as. I ordered the ankle 'compression' socks from Amazon and they are no better than the cheap ankle socks from ******. They tried to tell me I didn't order the compression socks but my order clearly states that I did. There is no 'return' policy because of the nature of the product. When I tried to leave a review or private message them, they blocked me as they don't want any negative reviews on their site. I'm thinking all the reviews there are just scam reviews. Please people, don't waste your money on this product

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered 3 pair of sox, 2 as Christmas gifts in December. Arrived after Christmas & all too small! I even tried on the larger size I ordered for my fiance & they are too small. He couldn’t even get his toes in them! When I called for a refund I was told they could only give me 17.00 back (of the 60.00) Lesson: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AN ONLINE AD EVER!!! ALL SCAMS! do the research!

    I bought viasox recently. I spent $70 that I didn't really have. I might as well have just threw my money in the trash. I was supposed to have received 2 compression sox and 2 of the diabetic ones the advertise.They only sent 4 compression socks, and not the other ones. The compression socks were so tight. I couldn't wear. One email was all I got back.Terrible customer service.

    First of all it took forever to get my order. I ordered (4prs) compression socks and I couldn't even get them on!! I used the chart and ordered the size that SHOULD OF FIT. I didn't open all only one but they wouldn't take them back. They did give me 50% of my money back. Just don't bother trying Viasox Compression socks its not worth the hassle

    DO NOT BUY VIASOX. I bought 4 pairs of easy stretch and 1 pair of compression socks. They DO NOT fit correctly at all. They are way too small and I even ordered a bigger size to make sure. The company refuses to refund or give me my money back. JUST BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I love the Snoopy socks is why I even tried to order, but never again. I would give less than 1 star rating if I could.

    The website and Viasox tell you your going to get two random print viasox in my size. I spent well over 100.00 in so. Then get these emails from them basically asking me to jump threw hoops. And acting like I'm the bad guy trying to steal from them. When I spent well over 100.00. I have the email chain

    I ordered 2 pairs of non binding, calf length socks. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they did not go all the way up my calf as advertised and shown in pictures. The company does have a Return/Exchange policy so I contacted them only to be told they do not have a Return policy. When I complained to the Customer Service Rep that their policy was misleading, I was then given an address to the Viasox wharehouse in New York to send my return. Imagine my surprise when the package was returned as a Bad Address. Now, I am passed the 14 return window and Viasox has since blamed me for not following their instructions yet I have the chat messages that Viasox emailed me showing otherwise. Their policy is misleading and I feel as though I was scammed. Now I am stuck with very expensive, but useless to me, socks. I purchase a lot on line and I am careful to read Return/Refund/Exchange policies. If Viasox is unwilling to work with their own customers then they should advertise ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Such a disappointing experience.

    The customer reached out to us on April 11, 2023, to inform us that the item they ordered was our Knee-High socks and they claim that the socks they received did not go past their calf. We’ve reviewed their order and we have confirmed that we have shipped the Knee-High length as their order states. In order to validate the customer's claim, we have to ask for the photo of the item that they have received, unfortunately, the customer did not cooperate and threatened that they will just file a claim via PayPal. We are definitely willing to provide a replacement or refund once we have validated that indeed there has been an issue on our end. Since we are not given the proof to validate the claim and they said they will just file a dispute, we were not given the chance to provide a resolution.
