Ordered Mary Kay products in the middle of November 2023 by text. Consultant advised cost and I sent a check for $77.28 on 11/20/23 and requested an invoice. Check was cashed but I did not receive the products or an invoice. Have texted the consultant several times without any response. Called several times and left two messages also without any response. At this point I am requesting a refund. Consultant: Chelsea Burns **** ******** ******  ******* *****, NY *****

    Business Response

    Date: 01/25/2024

BBB spoke to the business owner and the following was relayed: I've been in continued, constant communication with this customer. The items were on backorder. They arrived yesterday and I drove directly to the post office as soon as I got them and shipped them out to her the same day. The tracking is **********************.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 01/27/2024

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did receive the items today and thank the BBB for their efforts and involvement. However, I would like it noted in the complaint that I DID NOT received ANY communication from the Mary Kay representative to any of my 7 texts, 2 voice messages and 1 email from the middle of November as she indicated in her first sentence of her reply. That was a blatant lie. Regards,  * *** **********
