    Know what you're getting into. I hired them last year(2023) for tick control. The office never returned my calls and would just show up without prior notification as early as 07:30 a.m..I had explained that I had a gate and needed prior notification. I said I would not hire them for this year, 2024.They were relentless in calling for my service. I was clear of my dissatisfaction with their service when I spoke to N***y. She said she would charge me 692.00(march 2024) and the rest in the following months. They performed 3 sprays out of 8. I never heard from them again. Now in August with end of season and the remainder of treatment, I was notified. I am not interested in any further treatment. Now they are sending paper statements. I think my payment more than enough covers the service they provided.

    ****,I am not sure why you are so upset. I have looked into your service dates and instructions on your account and they are as follows:1. You contracted for seven applications at $200.00 each less 10% prepayment plus tax. To help financially we split your payments into two installments. $692.00 paid on 3/27/24 and 2nd half $692.22 which has gone unpaid on 5/24/24.2. Instructions were to call you upon arrival to let us in not to call days in advance. We have done that successfully and have completed four applications this year.3. All applications are *** time stamped. The times of these applications contradict your narrative. The applications were performed on the following dates and times:a) 4/15/24 9:46am b) 5/02/24 3:33pm c) 5/28/24 9:32am d) 6/18/24 12:34pm Since you contracted for seven applications (an odd number) your 50% payment does not cover four applications rendered. Since you have not prepaid and are canceling services, you are not entitled to a prepayment discount. As a result, the four applications rendered totals $867.04 including sales tax. You have a current balance of $175.04 ($867.04 less your payment of $692.00 on 3/27/24. We have left you several messages to address this issue, all of which went unanswered. I have printed all of the *** time stamps and would be happy to share them with you to support my dates and times above. Please contact me directly to remit payment of $175.04. Upon payment, and account in good standing, I will agree to cancel the remaining three applications. You can reach me directly at ************ ************************* - owner.

    STEER CLEAR of this company. We are new homeowners and received a notice that someone was coming to spray next week. I wish I would've read reviews before giving these people my money up front for 3 spray treatments. First spray, the technician was here for a total of 5 minutes (we live on over 1/2 an acre property) and I could see on our security camera that he only sprayed the strip of grass next to our driveway, got in his truck and left. I called to complain immediately and was told someone would come back out the next day. That never happened. I called the following week and said I wanted a refund (as technically no services were even performed yet) and *** was completely unprofessional, yelling like a child and getting very aggressive. Eventually when his tantrum stopped, he said they'd give me one free spray to "prove" that we should keep our business with OPMS. Regretfully, I gave in. While **** did perform two sprays of my full yard after that phone call, getting them out here for the 3rd spray has caused me to write this review. They claim to be unaware of the complaint made about the first spray and said all my treatments have been completed. When I finally got *** on the phone to remind him of our conversation, I said we didn't even want the free spray that was promised, we just wanted the last and final spray that we paid for. He threw another tantrum, yelling over me on the phone and talking down to me like a complete a****** I don't even want this company near my property, clearly they need the money if this is how they handle business.

    For two years in a row, we have received postcards from this company telling us that they will be at our home the following week to perform your next application. We have never contracted them for any work. This is clearly a regular practice on their part; multiple online reviews describe similar situations. Last year and this year, I called them and sent an email stating that we are not their customer and will not pay for any service. This is disreputable behavior.

    My experience with Organic Pest Management Services was not satisfactory. I paid for services that I did not receive, and they refused to refund my money.Initially, I called OPMS to get a quote and informed *** that I needed to confirm with my husband before proceeding. However, he sent a contract that I did not sign. Two days later, someone from OPMS came to provide services, but I turned them away since I had not signed the contract or confirmed with my husband.After speaking with ***, we agreed to a one-time service since they had already purchased the equipment. I provided my credit card information, and they charged my card immediately. However, I called several times over the next week, and nobody returned my calls. Finally, a week later, *** promised that someone would call me within 24 hours. However, I did not receive a call on Monday or Tuesday until I followed up.At this point, I informed them that I no longer wanted the service, and *** became unprofessional, talking over me, yelling, and being very rude. I remained calm despite the situation, but I was shocked by his unprofessionalism. I realized that I did not want to do business with someone with such poor customer service and a bad temperament.Therefore, I would not recommend Organic Pest Management Services to others. I believe they are not trustworthy and engage in dishonest business practices.

    I love this company they are the best, They always respond to me anytime I call them; and I call a lot! lol/ Mosquitoes and Ticks were a problem till I started using OPMS
