************************* repair Very poor service . I had a bran new motor biult from one of ********* top motor biulders. i had ********** auto repair install witch the did for the price they asked , and all i ever asked for was a truck running 100% . I did not get my truck back 100% after 5 times of bringing it back to him with oil leaks and seal problems . The last time i was given back my truck i was told it wasnt leaking oil and it was 100% . the next day there was a huge oil spot with a pretty bad oil leak from a different area of motor he had told me its not his fault and refused to see why it was leaking . so i looked under my truck to notice that there was parts missing from a remain seal job he did prior and that he had the part still at his shop . so i had asked him to tow my truck to his shop to complete a 800$ job he had refused and played baby games to then sending a tow truck . Then when it had arrived to him he told me he wasn't looking at it and that i oweed him 380$. Then he abused my civil rights by putting a mechanic lean witch then he released me my truck leaking oil and parts that he said i just dont need , the part is called a structural plate .

Dear Mr. ******** you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience at our shop. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and provide further clarification on the issues you mentioned in your review. We understand that you brought your **** Jeep Grand Cherokee with over ******* miles to our shop for the installation of a ************* which you purchased and shipped directly to **. It's important to note that your vehicle had been subjected to heavy-duty usage, including off-road driving on sand, which can cause significant wear and tear on all components.During the installation process, several original components from your previous engine were required to be removed and reused on the new motor. This practice is common and helps ensure compatibility and cost-effectiveness for our customers.Regarding the first oil leak you experienced, it occurred because the plastic intake manifold, which was original from ****, did not properly seal with the factory-supplied gaskets. To address this issue, we resealed the intake manifold with silicone to prevent further leaks. However, due to the age and brittleness of the plastic, we advised against further tightening to avoid the risk of cracking the intake, which we communicated to you.Approximately 9 months later, you returned to our shop because the vehicle was smoking due to a new oil leak. Upon inspection, we discovered that the original PCV breather hose from **** had developed a leak, and we promptly replaced it with a new one. At that time, the oil leak was significantly reduced, and the smoke issue was completely eliminated. However, you requested that we replace the rear main seal, which was originally installed by ****** and exhibited a very slight leak. ****** agreed to cover the replacement under their warranty, and we performed the necessary work. We took extra measures to ensure the leak was eliminated by driving the car extensively and conducting inspections while it was on the lift. Covering our view of the rear main seal was a cosmetic cover plate, which was not re-installed and was returned to your possession.Approximately one month later, despite our recommendation to have the vehicle examined by another shop due to your concerns about driving the long distance to **, you had the car towed back to **. You insisted that the rear main seal was leaking again and demanded that we cover the towing charges and repairs. Upon further investigation, we found that the engine oil filler tube was the cause of the leak this time. The original 20-year-old part was not forming a proper seal, which resulted in the leak. Unfortunately, this issue is unrelated to our previous repairs. Consequently, we were unable to proceed with additional work on your vehicle, especially considering your demand for free replacement of the part and refusal to cover the towing charges, which amounted to $380. The car was returned to you and there were no liens put on your title. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the course of these repairs. We strive to provide the best service possible, and while we understand your frustrations, we believe we have diligently addressed each issue that arose, including the ones not covered under warranty. We appreciate your understanding of the limitations imposed by the age of certain original components. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. We value your feedback and remain committed to resolving any outstanding matters.
