Customer purchased this mattress on November 25, 2023. Didn't realize till June 19, 2024, that he didn't like the comfort of the mattress. Mattress manufacturers do not have comfort warranties. Comfort is not a warranty issue. As for the claims that this mattress was worth $700. At no time this was mentioned that the value of the mattress was $700. The customer was looking for a mattress in his budget which was $300. The mattress price has nothing to do with comfort. The customer was given time to lay on the mattress before he made a decision. When I spoke to him on June 19, 2024, I suggested buying a topper for his mattress. Before he hung up he said he would go that route and just wanted somebody to talk to about solving the problem of the firmness.
