  I purchased a gravel trailer from the Colton rv wind gap location. I purchased it in October 24 and put it in storage . When I opened it up in may 25 to get it ready for the season I found extensive water damage and black mold in the slide floor , walls from a roof leak. The trailer should have never been sold in that condition. My fault for not looking under the mattress. It has now been at there shop for 5 months for the repair . The whole process has been handled poorly , all I get is 1 excuse after another . If ur smart don’t buy from them.

  This company cares nothing about its customers. I wish I had read the reviews on this BBB site prior to paying them over $2,000.00 for products and services. Buyer beware.... do not deal with these folks as they will gladly accept your money then promptly forget about you and completely ignore you if you need to have something corrected. I have personally gone into the business and spoken with at least two representatives, on two separate occasions and was told by both that I would be hearing from them within a week. That was over six weeks ago. I have called and left messages and I have texted them as well. No one ever gets back to me. My issue is having purchased a ******* ***** ****** **** ****** **** from them. They installed it as well. Within a month of purchase and installation, the up and down button on the front of the jack fell off, I assume, while in transit. I contacted ******* directly and was informed by them that the dealer who sold the unit and installed it would have to contact them directly, that they could not help me personally. ******* created a ticket number and took down all of the relevant information. ******* told me to provide Colton RV with the ticket number and to have Colton RV call them, going on to say that my issue could then be rectified. In effect, I did the legwork for Colton RV, yet they completely ignore me. To me, this is a simple fix. Colton RV has all of the information. Colton RV sold me the jack. Colton RV installed the jack. Colton RV simply does not care to deal with me, and as I can see on this BBB website, so many others. BUYER BEWARE.....

  Brand new ******* TT. Had several service calls for slides not working... hot water tank not working and furnace not working. Finally fixed first two ?? but we still have to hit the reset button every time we want to turn the furnace on. We were told, even though we purchased the extended warranty, that they can't come out to fix it anymore - even though that was a perk to purchasing the extended warranty. I never recommend Colton to anyone anymore. So disappointed!

  They will not help you even when you buy a brand new camper from them. I have called at least 7 times. Every time I do they say someone with be getting a hold of me, and then I never receive a call back. The couch was broken before I even had my brand new camper delivered. They didn’t replace or fix it and it’s been a month and a half. Both doors inside the camper broke. The Bluetooth doesn’t work. The A/C was spitting out water on us. The water heater was throwing error codes and not heating consistently. The frustration is real. I can’t believe someone would sell something like this without standing behind the products they sell. I’m supposed to be enjoying my summer. I turned into my nightmare.

  Save your sanity & your money by dealing with any other reputable dealer. We purchased trailor over a month ago// $5,000 down and chased within a day knowing they did t have a clean title on our trailor. Extremely poor customer service, business practices. Still without a trailor // and unable to back out. Terrible experience Deff will not do business with them again.

  Please do not buy from Colton rv They try selling u a warranty that is the same price of the camper ur buying lol what a joke also watch out they have sketchy business practice where they try to force u to finance through them and force u to sign something saying what ever rate you get you will have to buy it please do not buy here they are scammers and do not care about you service department sucks to took 3 try’s and me bitching for them to fix a simple trim piece all they want is ur money after that they don’t care

  Would give ZERO stars!! We went to purchase a 5th wheel from Colton RV at the show at our local fairgrounds. They ran our credit and said we were approved to purchase the camper. At the show we started the paperwork process, they asked for a down payment and said later in the week we would meet with the financing team to discuss numbers. At the show nothing was shown to us about interest rates. We picked out payment and said we would meet the financing team then the numbers would be shown. After having the meeting and seeing how much everything would be we decided that we couldn't make that commitment at this time. When we told them this they said our 5000.00!! Wouldn't be returned to us and to either buy the camper or lose our money! We would have never put that much down if we knew we wouldn't receive our money back. Or the numbers would have been shown to us in the first place. They made us feel like we were getting a great deal and we were saving so much when in the end we were losing. I said I would try and pay cash so we wouldn't be paying so much in interest and they said we wouldn't receive the show price that was listed when we signed paper work at the show.

  I would give zero stars if I could. We were repeat customers of Colton RV. The shady sales tactics started from the beginning. We were originally talking to Erin. When arrived to look at some RV's we were stuck with Lucas. He gave us a lot of talk about the value of our trade in, of course. They held our $2000 (deposit to hold a camper as we decided or not to purchase it) for over 3 weeks. Trying to get a call back for the return of our deposit was like pulling teeth. Lucas calling us back finally asking if we were sure that transaction occurred, after we gave them the date it was pulled from our account!! SHADY! Finally received a call back from them today to get our account number to return our money. Asked when I could expect it... about a week and a half. (Lucas had originally told us it would only take 2 days to be returned to our account. We will be working with a competitor in the future.
