    Today 3/30/24 I paid $25cash for gas and was told by the employee ****************** and his collegue at *****pm that he released the the gas I paid for to somebody else at the next adjusting pipe and that person had escaped and he cannot refund me money. There was no manager on the site. Originally, he did not hand me any receipt for the cash I handed to him. They refused to contact me with the manager originally. The employee and the collegue were laughing at me being fooled. They had a good time. I was very confused and upset. They told me that it was my mistake and that they cannot do anything. I left the gas station very very upset to come back after ******************************************************************************* and his collegue. I have it. Additionally, I told them that I know somebody who can contact me with the owner of the business and I will report on them, Only then they handed the receipt to me. But they never gave me the money back. I went to the police station but the police said it was not a criminal but only civil case and they cannot do much. Those Bolla Market employees know that the police is helpless and the manager was not on the site. They can do and say whatever they want in the full daylight, they can steal money from you and nobody can do anything. Please BBB help me to resolve this.
