            Kb Voodoo sent me a truck rack that they claimed to fit with a bed cover. The item they shipped me is not compatible with the bed cover and with my truck. They sent me a faulty item that does not work with my truck and bed cover. They refuse to allow me to return their faulty item and refuse to allow me a refund. This is essentially theft and they are a scam company. They promised one thing, sent me another and now refuse to allow a return. They are the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with they should be out of business due to their scam business practices. I demanded a refund several times and they have lied and said I was sent a proper item. This is completely false as they did not because the item they shipped me does not work period.

            Called business and spoke with owner who stated that the consumer order the product which does fit his truck.  We send the product to many people with the same truck and it fits, he just does not know how to install it properly.  We have tried to assist the consumer and he will not give us any details of what the problem is and he just wants he money back. The consumer also submitted a complaint to the California Attorney General and his credit card company and they sided with us.

            Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.KBVoodoo is being misleading as they have been during this whole process.  The product that they sent me does not fit and does not work on my truck.  They sent me a misleading video of a different product being installed in my truck with my bed cover.  This simply does not fit in my truck.  Their product that they shipped me is faulty and will not work period.  My credit card company conducted an investigation and found that KBVoodoo was at fault.  KBVoodoo can’t simply accept the fact they made a mistake and shipped me a bad product then refused to accept a return.   Regards, *** ******
