    I brought my motorcycle here Dec 2021, requested a oil relocation kit, phone charger port, adjust rear shock, attach my crash bar, and windshield, a new rear tire, install a new pod air kit, fix issue of left hand grip sliding off while driving. I called every month to see if it was done. April 1st I called said I need it by the 24th for a run (Sunday) Pick up on Friday (the 22nd)... I called Friday 22nd in the AM, nothing had been done. Saturday (23rd) I had my wife drop me off at noon, 6pm I finally was able to drive it home. The ONLY thing done was oil relocation kit, and rear tire. They lost part of the pod kit (which cost me $109) and today 8 months later I have given up. I'm not going to get the replacement parts they aren't going to give me the $109 for the kit...

    BBB spoke to someone at the business and the following was relayed: The customer wanted to pick up the motorcycle before we could install the pod kit.  He told us he could do that himself and we thought we gave him the kit.  When he told us he did not have it, we looked everywhere and couldn't find it so we found replacement parts.  He was told he could pick them up.
