You are committing abusive practices, invasions of individual privacy. In the letter that was sent to my home it states, This communication is in attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector. According to 15 usc ****c(1), a debt collector cannot contact me without written consent at ANY unusual time. I never gave you consent to communicate with me at all. And you sent mail to my place of business which is also violating 15 usc ****c(a)(3). Which leads to another violation of 15 usc ****b(5). not use any language or symbol on any envelope or in the contents of any communication effected by the mails or telegram that indicates that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of a debt; A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. In the letter that i received you also violated 15 usc ****d(2), The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader, because you stated this communication is an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Also, your violating 15 usc ****e(3), your communicating with me as a attorney on behalf of another company trying to collect an alleged debt.
