    I pre-ordered a family sized nutr machine order #***** on August 28, 2023.On 9/20 I emailed asking for an estimated time on shipping. I received an automated message that did not give me answers. I inquired again on 9/20, 10/2, 10/16 Response on 10/16 said they were having stock issues, shipment damaged, etc. No real answers provided as to when I can expect my item. I have also contacted various time on their Instagram msg. At one point in Nov2023, I was offered their smaller machine, but declined. I have been waiting since the last actual response for any updates at all. Now it seems their website is offline, and they don't answer through Instagram messaging. They are still advertising on Instagram at this time, but offer zero customer support or service to my order which they have neglected to fulfill. It seems they're getting messages in their posts from others as well, which leads me to believe they aren't responding to other customers as well.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    Somehow I was led to this company in searching to contact regarding an order placed to Nutr Machine.  If this is not the company that owns nutr machine, I apologize, I have reached the wrong company.

    Hi BBB,

    We responded to this customer directly on 11/2/2023 and never heard back if they received their order or not. 

    Our **************** team emailed the customer again on 11/13/23 following the complaint they submitted to the BBB to confirm if they have received their order or not. As soon as we hear back from the cutomer, we will do everything we can to make this right if they still have not received their order. We will either refund 100% of their order or replace their lost/missing items.

    On 2/12/23 I purchase 2 cans of Bloom Nutrition products for a total cost of $71.99. After reviewing the ingredients I noticed it contained Sucralose which is harmful to my health and the product was not *** approved. On February 24 I called Bloom and had a conversation about returning the products for a refund citing the the items mentioned above. They agreed to a refund and gave me the steps I need to follow in order to receive a full refund. On March 2nd i mailed the products back to Bloom for a cost of $18.45 included the order # and proof of purchase in the package. To date I have not received a refund. I have contacted them several times by email since there is no phone number and all communication is done via emails. They keep sending me the same email saying to provide proof the product was sent. I have not received the products as being undelivered but they claim they never received it. PLEASE SEE EMAIL COMMUNICATION ATTACHED including proof of purchase. I am requesting a refund of $90.44 to finalize this issue. Thank you

    Bought 2 protein powders from the company. Tried the first one and about 5 minutes later was violently ill. I was very nauseous and had a terrible upset stomach that lasted for hours. A few days later wanted to give the other a chance and it had the same affect. I contacted he company and requested to send the products back for a refund and they refused by saying they dont take back open products. I spent $84 on products that i cannot use. I dont know if these products were expired and put in a new container and sold, but something is definitely wrong with them. I would just like the company to take some responsibility.
