    Placed an order with **** 11, a sock company, on the 30th of March 2022. I have ordered from them before with much success. They have a good product. The order number was ********. **** 11 sent me confirmation email of my order totaling $56.02. I was confident I'd receive the order eventually. Unfortunately I have still not received my order nor any response from **** 11. It's now September 22. 2022.

    I ordered socks from their sale on 4/2 order number ******** and never received any socks and/or info on my outstanding order. I sent several emails and never heard anything nor received my money back.

    I have neuropathy and my feet hurt with pressure. I purchased Kane 11 socks because they were supposed to be made to fit your feet better than typical store bought socks. The first few times wearing them they were great but ended up shrinking smaller than a standard store bought sock. I bought 12 of them socks and cant wear them after a few washes. Worst purchase ever

    On 3/31/2022, I did an exchange that produced order ******** for $52.02. I did ship my return merchandise via **** and received an email from them that it was delivered on 4/11/2022. I looked up the order on their website, it said that the order was confirmed, and I would receive an email when my order is ready. I have not yet received an email about my order being ready. Since then, a visit to your website said, **** 11 has ceased operations and All orders that have been placed will be shipped. As of 7/4/2022 I have not received an email or my order.

    I ordered 7 pairs of sock from **** back in March ************* ********. The ********************** finally arrived on June 27th 2022. None of the socks fit as described and I would like to return them. The ********** website is not working and there is not a phone number available. The packing slip tells you to go to ******************* I would like my money back.

    I placed an order and paid for it on March 26, 2022. I got an email confirming my order but after a couple of weeks with no shipping confirmation I contacted kane11. I got a response saying there was a delay but my order would ship within a few days. Nothing for a couple of weeks so I emailed them again and got almost the same response so I waited about two more weeks and then started checking reviews for kane11 and found this is a common problem. I called the number on their website and it wasnt a working number so I emailed them again. Waited a month or so and emailed them again telling them Id seen they commonly treat customers this way and that my only recourse would be to contact the BBB. No response either time. I havent heard anything from them in about 10 weeks and dont know what else to do. Id be satisfied to get my money back if theyre not going to send my order. I saw an ad for them on a reputable TV network so I figured theyre a reputable company. I didnt want to cause them any problems by contacting you but people on their reviews said the only way they could get their issue resolved was to contact you. Thank you

    On March 27,2022 I placed an order for women's socks. The total of that order was $48.13. That amount was charged to my **** account on that same day. On March 30, 2022 I received an email from **** 11 advising that my Order Number ******** was on the way. This email included a tracking number with ***. My attempls to track the shipment using this tracking number have been unsuccessful.As of today, June 17, 2022 I have not received the merchandise ordered, nor have I received any further communication with **** 11.

    I ordered 6 pair of socks from them in March, 2022. After disputing the charge with my credit card 4 pair arrived on 6/16/22. Order number ********. They said all orders will be filled. I havent found a way to contact the company. Website and phone number dont seem to be working.

    I placed an order with **** !! on April 1st, 2022. After multiple attempts to reach out to their customer support via email and phone, I have never received any further information regarding the order. I wrote multiple times for updated information or just simply a refund. I have yet to dispute the transaction with the credit card company but that is my next step if I must.The order number is ORDER ******** for a total of $27.43 I hope a resolution came from from this.

    I placed an order with Kane 11 socks months ago, prepaid with a credit card, and never received my order. I cant get a hold of anyone at the company by phone or email to address the problem. its like they just disappeared.
