  Last march I purchased a vehicle, not even 30 days of owning it all of the lights on the dash turned on. I contacted Greg's Auto and explained what was going on I was informed to take it to ******** ***** to get it looked at. I took it to ****** and they couldn't figure it out so they just reset it and said to bring back if they turned back on, From there on the light kept coming on and off I contacted ****** again and they said they couldn't help and to contact Greg. So I contacted Greg's auto and received nothing no return call. I also had my father reach out and several times of both of us reaching out nothing was done no phone call back. This is something this business should have to fix as it started within 30 days. Greg's did nothing and almost a year having it the lights still on. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for someone else to fix a problem that Greg's knew about. I hate leaving reviews but something needs to be done. Not even 30 days of owning and nothing, Greg states he stands 100% behind his business but nothing was done and still hasn't been done to fix the issue , I just want my vehicle fixed that I purchased from his business. I will not recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle because of what I am going through still today.

  Greg & Josh were so nice, friendly and very helpful !!!! We bought our SUV from them and they were great to work with!!!!!!!! WE WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE!!!! Thank you, WE LOVE OUR SUV!!!!!

  I found a car on his website, went to go look at it. He swore it was perfect up and down no issues. So I get all the finances taken care of and buy the car. It needed a little bit of work before I could take it home with me. When I went to finish the paper work and pick up the car all seemed well. Within 20 minutes of leaving his business, there were lights all over the dash. I called him, he said it would be fine and he’d get me in the following week to get it looked at. Then 2 or 3 days later, I’m on my way to work and the car just dies in the middle of town. The gas gauge wasn’t reading right and didn’t tell me I ran out of gas…. But we didn’t know that and he wouldn’t pay for the towing to take it to his special shop, which was over an hour and half away, costing me $260 for a tow I shouldn’t have had to pay for. Then they “fix” the gauge and we’re supposed to fix the lights as well, but they did not . So I had to take the car back out there again. And they “fixed” the lights on the dash, and when it was all finally done, he says to me “none of it was under warranty but I did it for you anyways”. Like excuse me? You lied about everything and then think it was ok for a $10g car to have millions of issues?? Now it still has issues and I have to pay on a huge loan for a car that’s not even worth it… now he won’t mail me the papers showing what the shop did to fix my car…. So I have no idea what they actually did or if it’s really fixed or just for the short term fixed…. All together I would never ever do business with him again and I sure hope that no one goes to his business again either.

  WE FIXED EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH CAR AS SOON AS NEEDED,SHE DID NOT ASK FOR RECORDS WHICH I WOULD BE FINE WITH GIVING COPIES,IAM SORRY BUT SHE FEELS THIS WAY AND SHE HASNT CONTACTED ME SINCE WE DID THE REPAIRS. SLIGHTLY OVER EXAGGERATING.I STAND BEHIND MY CARS 100% AND ITS TO BAD THE LET HER POST THIS.

  Got screeed on the purchase of a 2011 Chevy Cruze. They won’t honor, repair or replace the vehicle. I spent $10,000 on it and already have $3,000 in repairs into it. I’ve only owned it a little over a month

  Very unprofessional just because I did not want to buy a car from them. Hanged up on me twice and never apologized. He also cursed me out. I would like to warn people not to work with Greg. His son Josh gave out false numbers about pricing. Very disgusted with the costumer service. The reaction to me not buying from them was unbelievable. Also the son Josh called my sister and I “crazy”.
