              The ***** **** * ****** has been publishing "**** ** *****" for more than 30 years. We are a small business located in Chico, CA. Kaizen Direct Media, specifically Jeff R***** -- ******************************* -- has been contacting local Chico businesses saying that he is from **** ** ***** and trying to confuse them into spending money with his company. I have sent them an email asking them to refrain from doing this. We would like Kaizen Direct Media to stop trying to confuse Chico businesses by pretending that they are emailing from "**** ** *****" and at a minimum to add a line to their emails that they are not to be confused with the ***** **** * ******'s Best of. The website they reference in their emails to businesses does not appear to be functional, so I'm not sure how legit this company is? *************************  Here's the email they are sending out (I deleted the list of "you will get" items due to char count): From: Jeff R***** Subject: **** ** ***** Date: April 24, 2024 at 12:13:35 PM PDT To: ************************** Good Afternoon!
