Ok so my name is ****, I have been in the motocross business all my life I took my 2004 ***** * into Rocks in parish on main st (first mistake) a little over three weeks ago to have the valves re-shimmed dropped it off and they said at time of drop off I had three jobs ahead of me and they would call me when it was done after the first week I didn’t hear anything and they didn’t answer the phone so I stopped in to find out what was going on I was given the excuse that I had 6 jobs ahead of me (keep in mind when I dropped it off I was told I had 3 jobs ahead of me) so I waited a week and went back and was told by the lady behind the counter young sorta (I think her name was Linda) that my bike got pushed aside because of an insurance claim came in so again I waited a week and inquired again and was told that my bike was next to be brought in and they would call when it was done That was on Tuesday last week 11/4/2022 today is 11/12/2022 I went back to Rocks to pick my bike up and was told by the young guy and an older guy that the reason my bike was not repaired was they could not find the work order on my bike but knew what bike I was referring to and told me that it was not re-shimmed yet (funny they couldn’t find work order but knew what I asked them to do) so I ended up taking my bike and dropped it off at *** **** **** *** **** on ***** ** ** ******** and there the people are friendly honest and listen to you over there. I highly recommend if you need work done check with the guys over at *** **** **** *** **** much better service responsibility they just don’t want your money they want to make sure your happy with the results of the repairs I very highly recommend you stay clear of ROCKS SALES AND SERVICE as they are under staffed and take on more jobs than they can handle I did contact the BBB and filed a complaint as well as the DMV investigations complaint unit sorry review so long but I felt really disrespected and like my bike or myself was was not worth t
