    ********* I purchased a pair of glasses came in with my own prescription. Glasses were Ferragamo the lens kept on cracking on the edge. Got a return. They made me come in to look at it within. Still Under Warranty. The leg of the frame it said Ferragamo lettering started to come off. They ordered another pair three weeks later for some reason the frames got lost. The Frames were in back order they Offered me a frames that were in the case So they wouldnt need to take Deal with me and get me out of the way. When are you ended up paying for these glasses? The deal was that will just go through my insurance through for the lenses and not the frames I pay out-of-pocket from the frames they double dipped on my insurance and charged my insurance for the frames and I paid for the frames Pocket When I went to go get another pair of glasses and another place, another optical place they said they couldnt because my allowance for my frames were utilized through ***** Fashion optical. The manager said to call back in July 1 that she would be back from vacation and it is November 10 and I have not heard anything from them. They were going to give me another set of frames. They agreed that would give me another pair and all I needed to pay The lenses and I have not heard from any of them

    Big rip off didn't explain what they were charging me for Lied when they told me I "get another pair"misled me when they picked an expensive pair of frames but told me they were half price but didnt tell me they were top of the line frames they would'nt tell me what insurance they don't take and only ******* that didnt take my insurance woman pushed for most expensive pair and used credit card that they took but would reap biggest profit
