On December 7th 2023, i went into this establishment 112 Auto plaza in search for a vehicle to finance. A sales man named ****** assisted with the sale and showed me a few cars at the price range which was set to $10K. He assured me the car he showed me which is a 2015 white ***** Equinox was right at my price range. During the process of them running my credit and finding a bank to fund the sale they got the approval of over $17K. Which was well above what we had agreed. He said there was nothing he can do because the sale was processed. I was unable to test drive the car or take it home that evening for reasons that are unclear to me, he kept giving me the run around and telling me the service department needs to check the car and make sure its clear. The following day 12/08/2023, I was told that the car needed a few replacements and that they needed to drive the car for a drive cycle before they were able to even give me the car. By 5pm that same day the car was delivered to my place of work with a warning on its digital screen stating "Service Tire Monitor System". I contacted ****** that very minute and sent him a picture. He instructed me to keep driving and that it should go away on it own. But when it did not, I took the car back on 12/11/23. They said they needed to replace another sensor on the car and it was ready to be picked up same day. On Friday 12/22/23 at 10 am I noticed a colored puddle on my driveway under my car, by ****am I got to work and when I shut my car off it was making a loud reving or loud fan noise with fluid rapidly gushing from underneath. i recorded it sent it to ******. He instructed me to take it in but I was working til 530pm and will drop it off after. By 6:07pm on my way to the dealership my car started to shake, and warnings on the screen came on that the car is overheating and smoke started to come out the hood, They towed car on 12/23/23. On 12/26/23 the heated seats malfunctioned and they took the car back.
