This auto company is very disheartening and disrespectful when it comes to business ethics .. I brought a 2010 Cadillac Escalade from them had problems in the first 600 miles of owning the vehicle .. wasnt my daily driver for the first 4 months .. called them several times leaving multiple messages over the course of months only to never get a call back . Car was experiencing issues that multiple shops could not diagnose. Had to call finance company in order to receive an immediate call back from the owner, claiming that his mechanic could fix the issue and would get me running in my vehicle . Vehicle that I was paying on time every month since I had it . Left the car with their mechanic for over a month to find out that the not only had the vehicle never moved from where it was towed and dropped off to which I paid for out of pocket claimed they reimburse for towing never saw it .. worst experience I ever had buying a used vehicle .. I would say I expect better treatment buying from a used car scammer in a dark alley .. worst customer service. They just lie and take your money . Cant wait to get out of the agreement with them !!

I visited 112 Auto Sales 2/27/2023 & picked out a 2015 **** Escape, I put $2,000's down. On 3/1/2023 I picked up the vehicle, I got home it wouldn't start, they're mechanic came & before he even opened the hood he stated the belt was missing & that's why the car wouldn't start, the mechanic sent the tow truck to pick it up, I got it back Friday, at first I was going to get my money back because it was so much more wrong this car when I first got it. My husband looked over it & noticed the windshield was cracked, tires were no good, one even had a plug in it, back windshield wiper was missing & it needed a new battery. After taking my ***************** to the dealer with me we spoke with *** the finance manager, his whole tune changed, he promised to fix everything that needed to be fixed & he would give me a loaner car while mine is being fixed so my car had to go in the shop a 2nd time, mind *** gave me a hard time about a loaner car the 1st time my car went in the shop. I took my car that Monday morning before going to work, the loaner car he tried giving me was dirty & nasty & smelled liked weed so he gave me one off the lot which the tire light was on. Now the car is in the shop for the 3rd time with a blown head ************* still there. Today makes 3 weeks I'm without my car & the loaner car I was given has a cracked windshield, hairy & smelled weed not to mention way too small for ******* family. I've been calling & calling trying to get an update on my car & a better loaner but I'm told *** is on vacation. Everytime I call they say *** will be in a specific day I call but I'm told he's not there. I really don't want to deal them anymore, I just want my money back. Also they pass inspections on cars that shouldn't even pass inspection, for instance a car with a cracked windshield shouldn't pass inspection. Be very aware about dealing with 112 Auto Sales!!!!

My girlfriend purchased a ******* Elantra from this business and the transaction was shady from the jump. Her appointment was with ***, but when she got there, she was assisted by *****. She purchases the vehicle and within 2 weeks of owning the car, we break down on the side of the highway at 1am, with her 2 kids in the car in the freezing cold. Me, being a mechanic, let her know that her motor has blown and she would need a tow. I got the car towed to my shop, which was about 10 minutes away from where we were and it was there overnight. The following day, the car was picked up by 112's mechanic place and they've had the car since. We were told the car would be fixed by Sunday, March 19, and able to be retrieved Monday, March 20. With respect to her 2 children, my girlfriend asked if she can be given a loaner/rental car. She was advised by ***** that loaner/rental cars are not their responsibility to provide because "it's a different business." Once I heard that, I was furious. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and *** was handed the phone. *** apologized and said that he couldn't understand why ***** would tell ** that and they have a loaner car for my girlfriend. She picks up the loaner car the next day and it's a '09 ***** Civic that has NO business being driven. The car has over ******* miles on the odometer, shaky wheels, misfires, 'TPMS' and 'DRL' lights on the dashboard, the speakers don't work, the car looks cosmetically beat up (dents, faded paint, windshield placement, front bumper falling off, bad struts), the car charger port doesn't even function. And til this day, April 4, 2023, we are still waiting for the ******* Elantra. We've visited the mechanic and the shop several times and no progress is being made on the car. When we call we are disrespected openly, and this is not how a business should be run.
