    I have received product from this company 3yrs ago and purchased new garments recently and haven't received any tracking updates on it..I sent an email and tried going on the website but it's saying the store is unavailable and I made My purchase 3wks ago confirming My transaction went through..I either want what I purchased or My refund..hopefully they will send My order because it's a good product shapewear I received from this company in the past and that's why I made another order..#*****

    Can y'all please give me a refund or the product? Order62089....I requested expedited shipping. You sent me a confirmation email on Monday with tracking but the item hasn't shipped. Will you reimburse me for the expedited shipping? I need to hear from somebody .At this point I need a refund.Why are y'all trying to keep my money but have not sent me the item. That is fraud....customer service is awful ...

    I was unhappy with my purchase. Requested a refund. Paid additional for the return. Never received my refund. Left countless texts through website portal & sent emails. Killer Kurves never replied. Tried calling their customer service number many times for 2 weeks straight and no one ever answered the phone. This company is very unprofessional and has scammed me. All I wanted was my money back for merchandise I clearly did not like. So now killer kurves kept my $80.00 & received their merchandise back. Horrible company. I should have researched this company before ever sending them any money. They don't deserve any ??. Worst company ever. Don't buy anything from killer kurves. Merchandise is poorly made and they don't give refunds. They don't even answer their own phones. There is absolutely zero customer service.
