    I had a very negative experience at the Bellagio waterfront apartments owned and operated by the Denali family Companies, beginning the first week after moving in. The downstairs tenant approached me multiple times, knocking on my apartment door in the evening and complaining about the noise generated from walking around my apartment. Running my washing machine made the floor vibrate which aggravated the downstairs tenant to the extent that he threatened to break down my door and pull out my machine. After that fiasco, the Bellagio implemented a quiet time after 10 o'clock on weekdays, during which we were not to use our washers or dryers. I experienced the same issues with the upstairs tenant and complained multiple times. The management's solution to the problem was to place area rugs throughout the apartment to reduce the noise transfer between floors. I've resorted to using noise-canceling headphones and running a white noise machine in the bedroom to mask the noise from upstairs. This living situation is unacceptable for an apartment that costs over $2500 a month. The furnace is loud and unreliable; my apartment lost heat over the winter for more than 20 hours before being repaired the following day. There was no on-site staff or phone support during the weekends. I had to call the HVAC vendor directly for service. I highly recommend that you do not pay the last month's rent until your deposit is returned in full. I had a defective faucet in the bathroom with water flowing from the spout to the base of the faucet, which is certainly not normal. I was charged $945 for damages to the apartment below, with no evidence of what was damaged or repairs made. I recommend addressing any concerns in writing regarding the Bellagio Waterfront Apartments with the Daniele family management team. I would ask if the previous tenant had any complaints about excessive noise transfer from the apartment above or adjacent apartments.
