We had hardwood floors installed in 3 rooms and carpeting installed in 1 hallway and 1 closet by Messner. Great experience. Excellent workmanship and dedication to getting the job done correctly. Very conscientious of their surroundings and took great care not to soil or damage anything in the house. They had all the tools and equipment to ensure a professional job. We've used Messner for kitchen flooring and family room carpeting in the past also with excellent results and didn't hesitate to consider them for this project. Highly recommended.Messner Flooring

Poor Service and rude communication if there is any at all. Have had a huge problem with Messner Flooring for over a year going on 2. First purchase of high quality carpet was defected and poor installation. (Seams showing, not straight cuts etc.). Fibers coming out of carpet every where. Their carpet inspector requested the whole house to be replaced. Second carpet for the house installed was wrong carpet... Also this carpet was also coming apart. We asked that the first installers were not to install the second carpet months later, yet they sent the same installers. Our stairs were installed wrong., cuts do not match lines of walls etc. Walls were damaged as furniture was being moved. Plus furniture too. Carpet is still coming out every where and can not let our grandchild crawl on any floor due to carpets fibers coming out and worried she will choke on them.Messner Flooring

This customer had very legitimate concerns with the quality of the carpet manufactured by a major supplier of ours. Given that we do not manufacture carpet or flooring, we depend on our supplier partners. In this case our mill failed numerous times. It was determined that a refund of all payments made by the customer was the best solution. This was agreed to the consumer.
