I placed an order with Gold Medal Hair Products on 9-4-21 for $41.97. It was charged to my credit card on 9-7-21. I have not received my order. I contacted them on 9-16-21. On 9-17-21 they emailed me back saying that one of my items was out for a few days. But it has shipped and I should receive it soon. I still have not received it. I used Paypal to have it charged to my credit card.Business response

So sorry you did not receive the product. Not sure what happened, but we have been moving to Florida throughout the month, so its possible someone dropped the ball on this.
I am shipping the product again today. Sorry for the delay.
