    SCAM! Just google ethan **** or evergreen agent. They do not stand behind their guarantee

    Terrible. They don't do what they say they are going to do. Don't sign up, Don't waste your money. You PAY for your own ONLINE Advertising, yet they build the ad. Which comes across as a SCAM. They stopped "emailing me" the End of Week survey, i brought it to their attention each time (happened 3x) and at the end of the 6 months, they claim no refund due to missing 3x. They make you use two platforms, Hubspot and Aloware, of which, YOU Pay the monthly cost. Aloware is down half the time, so I have to use on my phone app, but the phone app doesn't talk to the computer program, so the notes/ dials get lost. The coach I was assigned to, quit in month 4, so they stuck me with a ***** ****, who would be better served working at a fast food restaurant. She missed one appt, cancelled another. She was late for the 3rd. Nothing but excuses from her.WALK AWAY. NO, RUN from this company, sounded legit, i vetted them and they Blanked me over in the end. Having an attorney pursue now. NOT ONE SINGLE Lead was closed in 6 months. I followed their script- followed their guidelines and nothing.

    This company/program is a scam. I am fighting with them now. They did not hold up there end of the agreement and now they want to lie and say I didn't hold up my end of the contract. But the proof I have says otherwise and the contract that I signed says otherwise to. Justice is coming there way! And as you can see they are trying to save their reputation by putting false 5 star reviews on this site and it is not even a BBB accredited business. If you notice, ****** the address *******************************************************************************. That is a clear indication of what type of operation Evergreen Agent has going on.

    Evergreen allows you to set up really solid systems and processes thanks to the training of Evergreen agents. Just follow their program, your contract, and weekly coaching steps for a greater chance at success. Great overall experience with Evergreen They were extremely responsive and helpful

    This program is soo good Im so glad Im apart of it. My account manager ***** is amazing. My sign on person **** was amazing as well. The program is well thought out and Im glad to be apart of it. Cant wait to see where the program will take me.

    Program is great! Joining the program changed a lot for me. It was a wonderful experience. I have had leads and transactions. My account manager has been very attentive and a great person to work with. Evergreen has been great at helping me build my business.

    This is A SCAM. I was told I can cancel after 6 months but they won't let me because I did not finish the training. The training was very theoretical - memorizing stuff that I did not use doing real estate for 17 years. I was not able to finish the training because the quizes required you have 100% score. I failed 2X despite putting a lot of work in it. Very hard to pass the quizes. Some questions required you to give 5 answers and you need to give them all of those 5 answers. That is rediculous!!!. Now I am tied up to their $287/month monthly payment for 4 years, with no benefit at all.

    ******, your contract clearly has the terms of cancellation/refund. The quizzes as part of the training are able to be all multiple choice, can be taken open book, are incredibly easy, take no more than 5 minutes and we're always happy to help via call/zoom to assist you.

    I have been working with evergreen since the beginning of Feb 2024. They have generated me over 50 of leads a month in which my return should easily cover the initial investment! I love the tracking tool they provide to track your KPI's and performance. The support has been amazing. My account manager is always just an email away and willing to help me work through any issues I run into and coach me through. This program isn't like most programs where they take your money and you never hear from them again!

    Great program! I was really struggling and felt discouraged in my career and this was the jumpstart I really needed to find success. Like anything I was really hesitant to start a new program but now that I have closed several lucrative deals I am really happy I signed up!

    To be honest, when I first spoke with them I was a bit nervous just because there are so many companies out there who say they will do one thing but the outcome is always different. I can say with confidence they're different. They actually know what they're doing when it comes to getting clients consistently and the 1 on 1 support you have is probably my favorite part. If you're on the line about doing it like I was, just do it!
