    Maison Custom, (###-###-####) old recipes carved on a wooden board. Ordered one December 1st , (#****) it got as far as Lewiston UPS, never received it. I was told that by Lori from UPS in a phone call. I ordered another one December 17th ( #****) and received nothing. I have left messages, voice mail and actually talked to a man 3 weeks ago and he said I will get that to you by tomorrow. I have received nothing, heard nothing and they dont respond to messages. It was a gift, but at this point I want my money back and would love the product. I have used this company before and loved the product. I hate to report this, but they have ticked me off at this point to the account of $170.00. Hope you can help. I have the receipts on order numbers #**** and #**** place in emails.

    Hello,The original order was shipped and returned to sender due to a problem with address, the proof is here:************************************************************************** We have reached out to the customer for a different shipping address but did not hear back, it's possible our request went into their junk mail folder. Either way, customer service is important to us and we can ship both orders out today if we get a new, working, shipping address. Sorry for the inconvenience.
