EMPLOYEE AND GUEST BEWARE: Although colleagues are all super friendly, management was the WORST toward the end of my employment here.(No training either was left alone by 3rd day and trained myself)Worked the night audit shift and TPG didnt even have the funds to get a security guard. Their parking lot has a lot of gang related violence going on late at night so make sure you have some sort of protection. Some of the doors to main lobby dont lock correctly even after you tell management *************** Mold/ mildew infested rooms, kitchen basement floods, MAJOR Fly issue(beware of the food in this case). Raccoons nests under the dock AND HAVE SNUCK INTO THE BASEMENT!!!TPG expects this place to be held in good hospitality standards but little do they know its more of a MOTEL than a hotel. 6 months as a night auditor, they took away the office to do work, even forced us to stand 8 hours overnight with no break, that was the breaking point. OH and this review is now going up because they called me and I was asked if I wanted to come back since I was REALLY good at handling their statistics and I could use the office and chairs (I said yes)and they didnt have the decency or a solid answer for not calling back after 2 months. Look elsewhere to stay/ work this place is fishy and not because of the ocean its on. TPG DO BETTER

This place is an absolute joke! Made a reservation here 2 months in advance to have it canceled the day of check in. Drove from ************** to celebrate my wifes 50th birthday. This place has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen! Disgraceful

Danfords website has a number that they refer to as theirs, when dialed, it brings you to a booking service. That service ran a charge of ****** - 9 times on my credit card creating a block on my card. The reservation was for two nights. After working with **** for over 45 minutes, I located Danfords front desk number. After explaining briefly what happened, I asked if I could make the same reservation with them directly, they told me I would have to reserve for three nights, no option. So I went back and reserved on the bookings website . Danfords uses a vendor that would run a card 9 times thus making a heap of problems for the consumer, and with no way to rectify the issue, I was left two choices, use the vendor Danfords uses for bookings and ****** with my credit, or pay an additional ****** for a night I did not need. This seems predatory or negligent at best. The front desk person I spoke to was kind, but unable to fix the situation and only offered mentioning it to someone for review and they would get back to me at some point. But could not speak to me now. This is a four star establishment asking for a high market rate on rooms.
