    I sent in 3 tweezers for resharpening on Jan 10 2023 under their ref *******. ** tracking with **** showed that these were delivered on Jan 13 2023. They were supposed to send an email acknowledging receipt, but nothing has been received. I have since phoned on 4 separate occasions and had to leave voicemails as nobody would answer a call. I have also sent 3 emails to them, but so far no reply.I realise that the resharpening service can take many weeks, but I just want them to acknowledge receipt of my 3 tweezers.thanks

    We apologize for the lengthy wait for response. After further investigation we noticed that the emails sent were sent to our "do not reply emails" which explain why there was no response via email.

    With that said, our customer service team emailed **** earlier today and provided an update of the status of her tweezers. This has been addressed internally.     I placed an order with tweezerman ****** on July 3, 2022 and it still has not shipped. I paid $54.88 CAD and my order number is ***********. The company has not reached out to me once to update me on the status of my order. It seems this company is running some sort of scam.

    We have been undergoing system upgrades in our ******** facilities which has delayed shipping out orders. We have statement on our landing page of our website informing of delays. We have reached out to the consumer to provide further insight into the situation, as well as provided a refund and are shipping out the products free of charge to her.

    On April 27, 2022, I sent 4 pairs of tweezers to Tweezerman for sharpening. My order number is #*******. Tweezerman states that they will verify receipt when my tweezers arrive, thereby letting me know about how long to expect the whole process to take. However, when time passed & I never heard anything from Tweezerman saying they had received my 4 tweezers, I started seeing numerous BBB complaints for how Tweezerman is constantly disappointing customers. I next went online to **** to verify that my tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 27 HAD INDEED confirmed that my 4 tweezers were received on May 2, 2022, yet still I am hearing nothing from Tweezerman saying they have been received. Just wondering. when do my 12 weeks (the amount of time it takes to receive your newly sharpened tweezers) start? When will Tweezerman decide to do their job and reply to either of my 2 emails on this topic? When I originally completed the online order, it stated that customers would get their sharpened items back in 12 weeks; it has now been over 4 weeks since you received them, so now will I get them back in 8 weeks?? Tweezerman charges more for their products and advertises free sharpening. What good is free sharpening if you are ghosted by Tweezerman and never get your tweezers back?

    Hi ****,  We apologize for the delayed communication.  Yes we did receive your sharpening package on 5/2 and registered it on 5/3 - the turn around time is 12 working weeks from being registered.  Unfortunately the auto email that gets sent when we receive packages was not working properly which has been addressed with our web developer.  I have reached out to the team that handles sharpening with regards to your emails since they supposed to check it daily - this will address this internally.  Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns at *********************************.   We do apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.

    I placed an order with Tweezerman Online on 5/9 - I've yet to receive the order.After SEVERAL attempts to contact them, I've found it impossible. No one ever answers their phones or email inquiries. Regardless which department you call, there's no one there to help! But they'll happily take your money and leave you hanging.***************** seems like a ghost town, it's insane.
