I purchased a mango wood with gold inlay sideboard from Target. This piece of furniture was nearly $1,000 and came with major defects on it. Where the screws go in for the doors, there are 6 major oil stains. Additionally, there is gold inlay missing and a bad cover up job for another messed up part of the cabinet doors. All Im requesting is new doors. They said thats not possible. Target has offered me 20% back and I do not want the money and a trashy looking cabinet. I want new doors and will send them back the old ones. If they had an ***************** team, this would have ever been a problem. These door should of never been put on the sideboard. Safavieh said they cant send me doors and I should deal with Target for a return / exchange etc. I am not packing up a 175 lb sideboard and transporting to a carrier to send back! Id have to hire / pay someone to even come help me with that!! This sideboard is still being manufactured so they readily have doors being made! Why cant they send me some new doors!!??Business response

Safavieh doesn't take me off their mailing list. I've contacted them 5 times within the last 6 months and I'm still receiving advertisements in the mail.Business response
