Purchased 2 fountains from Global and hired a contractor to install them. Within a week both of them broke. Global sent us a partial replacement and said they would pay for the installation of the replacements. Global never paid our contractor. They replacement were defective also, called and request a full refund and wanted the defective fountains refunded. They said they would. Never received a refund, I have called and emailed several times with no response and always have to leave a message. Horrible customer service and very rude. They owe us $4,777.99.Business response
