      Over all I like the app. BUT I entered the weekly sweepstake for a $250 **** Gift card. An on 12/19/21, I was emailed that I won. All they asked for was my mailing info by 12/23/21. I replied on 12/19/2021 and it would ***********-8 weeks to be sent out. By 3/7/22 I still hadn't gotten anything. I reached out to e-mail the original e-mail was sent to and they said (emailed me on 3/16/22) they would contact the Debit card distributer. ****** w/RecieptPal Support e-mailed me 5/9/22 with Ticket # ****** which said it was updated a week prior. I received ANOTHER email on 6/8/22 with ANOTHER ticket # ******. I replied back with no response as of today 7/21/2022. I just sent ANOTHER e-mail and got ANOTHER..."Just followed up with vendor again and asked that your card be reissued" response. VERY disappointed.

      I use an app called ReceiptPal, and I worn their sweepstakes for a $250 gift card on April 29th. It said it would ***********-8 weeks to receive, well its been over two months, and I have yet to receive my prize. Ive tried emailing them, and asking ReceiptPal for help with no response. I just want my gift card

      This complaint is in regards to the ReceiptPal app. On 06/01/22, I received an email from ReceiptPal informing me of a change to their Terms of Service, which would take effect on 07/01/22. That email stated the following:"...An email account must be connected to your ReceiptPal account to be a Registered Member and redeem points for rewards"..."You may redeem your points under your current rewards program terms until June 30, 2022. Thereafter, the Updated Terms will apply." On 06/29/22, I opened up the app to redeem my points for rewards only to find my account locked, trying to force me to connect an email address, which I do not want to do, nor do I feel comfortable doing. This is clearly in violation of their current Terms of Service which is in effect through 6/30/22. I have tried 3 times through the app to get this rectified, only to have my first 2 attempts closed out with no help from ****** and *****, and on the 3rd attempt they have stopped responding to me. I have attached screen shots of the email and of my locked account through the app. I am owed money for providing copies of my receipts through their app. It appears as though they are trying to put me off until 07/01/22, so they can use their new updated Terms and require me to connect an email address in order for me to cash out my points. I would appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      On 7/14/22, I was offered $65 (1-$50, 1-$10, 1-$5) in gift cards from ******.  On 7/22/22, I accepted the offer of $65 in Amazon gift cards.  On 7/25/22, I was informed by ***** that they could only give me $55, shorting me $10 from the original offer, due to not enough points.  That is not what I agreed to, and why I am marking this complaint as rejected.

      I have been using a app called receipt pal. In this app you load receipts that you have purchased. I have been playing it and collecting points for several years. I have leveled up and went thur all the different features and now I would like to exchange my points for the gift card that they are worth and it keeps telling me I have typed in the wrong email or that it does not recognize this email when indeed it is because it is one of the steps you clearly have to go thur in order to level up. I have tried to contact the company and they dont follow thur in helping me or act as if they do not recognize me. Very frustrated after the work I have clearly put into this. All I want is a gift card for the amount of points I have which is currently ****** and at ****** you can exchange for a $100 Amazon gift card please help.

      I have an issue with the Receipt Pal app - I have been trying to redeem a $100 Amazon ****** Card and I keep getting the message "Oops! There appears to be an issue with your account. Please try again later." My app is updated and I do have more than enough points to redeem this award. I have contacted their help center numerous times, even informing them that I will contact the BBB, and all I get is "Your request (******) has been updated. Please go to the *********** in the ReceiptPal app." I would like to redeem the $100 Amazon ****** card that is offered since I have accomplished my requirements. I will most likely cease use of this app after. Thank you!
