I bought a **** ***** from them in early December of 2023. The order was dragged out due to exhaust issues. Well 6 months later the transmission is now going in this vehicle and it’s skipping gears. I’ll called and haven’t gotten a return call and I’ve emailed about the “warranty” I purchased with no response from them either.. The A/c also doesn’t work and within 3 months of buying the vehicle the sensor for the tire pressure was on and the brakes needed to be replaced.Business Response

In August 2023 I purchased a 2016 ********* **** for $32,000. When I test drove the vehicle everything seemed up to spec and in working condition. It was a colder day and I did not test the ac to see if it working, the seller at the dealership said it was working. Within a day of purchasing, the ac was not working I immediately returned and asked for the ac to be fixed as the employees had assured me it was working. They recharged my AC charged me for it and the ac wasn't working within 30 minutes. I reached out again and wasn't able to get a response. I then had an issue with the check engine light, when scanned it was a transmission temperature sensor wire. I went in and spoke with the owner, who assured me they would resolve the issue as soon as possible, free of charge. Shortly after, he complained about the price of the part that needed to be fixed, and I did not get a response when I called again. I also went into the dealership once again to ask for an appointment for the part being replaced and they wrote my number down and the issue and said they would call me back. They never did. Another issue is that I just had to replace my brakes, and they wanted me to replace my tires as well. I only have driven 20,000 miles, which is below the low end of expected servicing. My driver side window also has had issues since I purchased this truck, when it rolls all the way up automatically, it will occasionally roll all the way back down. Now the window will not roll up or down and I have to pull it up to close it in the rain, and drive with it all the way down when it is too hot, (because my ac does not work still). My tailgate has also not opened unless I tug on the left side of the handle, and just snapped off yesterday when I tried to open it Today I went to the dealership and explained my situation and they were not helpful at all. I was told to return for a dye test for the ac and returned only to find out they would not have enough time to run the test today.Business Response

I bought my 2018 ***** ***** back in august of 2021. The day I picked it up I drive it home and less than 12 hours later the engine light came on. They have brought it in the shop multiple times for repairs. I just called on 8/12/23 for more repairs because the engine light is still on now in 08/23. I told him on the phone that day. I wanted to get the engine light fixed and get my vehicle inspected because I was sick and tired of looking at the engine light. He told me “ take your fucking car and shove it up your ass” then proceeded to hang up before I could get a word out of my mouth. I haven’t talked to him since that day because I want something done and I want it done the right way!!Business Response

I purchased a vehicle from Mahoneys Auto Mall this month. Since purchasing it I have had it back there to have the same 2 things repaired. Today after being treated very horribly my car still needs the air compressor fixed. When I first bought it the AC did not work after taking it to get fixed once, it worked for 3 days and now they say they can't fix it. This business has been awful to deal with.Business Response

BBB spoke with the business owner and the following was relayed: We ordered the part needed. She was scheduled to come in on Monday but she couldn't make it. She is on the books for Friday, I believe it's Friday, I know that it is definitely this week. We take care of all of our customers and have been actively working on taking care of this customer. AC repairs are tricky, ask anybody, there is a process that needs to be followed to find out exactly what is wrong and it takes a few steps. Since purchase of truck had to bring. Back in 4x for repairs the last scheduled time he had me drive 1 hr to tell me he refused to fix the problem w cv boot. I have continued to date to spend 3500 in repairs still adding upBusiness Response

I purchased a used car 2017 ****** *****, two days after receiving the vehicle I heard break noise so when I had the brakes looked at I found the car had bad breaks mahoneys had this car inspected and they said this vehicle was safe but the breaks where bad front and back brakes I had to pay for something I had less than 14 days. Then I had a flat tire to find out the tire was not safe either it had recently been repaired with a repair plug, when I called to speak to them I spoke with owner about brakes and he stated it was my fault for the breaks and the tires I was told by a sales worker there was nothing they could do since I already spoke with the owner that was very rude and very nasty when he spoke to me. Telling me I went through break pads in less than 14 days, and that happens when cars sit for awhile. when I called about the bad tires and heater fan not working and I should be reimbursed for new tires and the cost of my breaks which and the heater fan because the cost are racking up the brakes were over 400.00 to replace 4 brake rotors and front and back brake pads plus labor I should have 4 new tires because one tire cost me 120.00, plus my fan blower for heat and ac doesn’t work either so they should fix that as well since they sold me a 23,000.00 vehicle that has a lot of expensive repairs in less that 30 days.I believe I should be reimbursed for all the cost of brakes and 4 tires and for the repair of the heater fan all to be repaired. This vehicle is turning more and more toward a lemon vehicle and I just worry in less than 30 days I have all these issues what others will I get within 90 days or longer…I do have pictures and receipts or the breaks and tire, I uploaded a couple pictures I have many moreBusiness Response

I vehicle was sold on 04/26/2022 the vehicle has never been in for any service appointment , I would have preferred that the customer contacted us when they relazed they gad a peoblem. I reviewed the photo of the brake pads the statard is 6 millemeyers. It appears thet the pads are close but I will agree to pay for the pads . I will need a invoice showing the cost of the pads for a refund amount, I cannot control tires many items or situations can cause a flat tire. This complain is the first time I have heard about a heater issue. When the customer called I was very kind and_ tried to explain our service process. I was interupted and was told I was not listening, I continied to try to explain our process and was told iby the customer that she did give a **** about our plccess when somone uses that word with which is total disresect I always end the conversationCustomer Answer
