On August 18th I had a siezure and was taken by ambulance to this facility. Stayed in the icu for three days and in hospital for six days. They found blood clots on my lungs and a massive tumor. Doctors all communicated great and the team was great. Where everything went sour was on discharge. I was robbed for my gold chain, and **** tech outfit. I came in the hospital fully dressed and left wearing a gown and my Jordans. Nurse stated this happens all the time. They loose peoples hearing aids and dentures. All I had to do was put in a claim at security and I would be reimbursed. This is all recorded from my dad. I followed the process and even obtained a police report just to ensure I would be paid in full which came up to $3600 in losses. They strung this out for over 30 days then sent me a letter I. The mail spelling my name wrong saying how they are not responsible for personal items. How can you steal from someone and think its ok. I had a seizure and was on a life support for three days and they just act like its nothing. Im still paying on my chain and its stolen at the expense of this hospital. Not acceptable. I would not send anyone to this place and hate that they think they are getting away with it. They wont even answer my calls to correct the issue. Worst hospital ever and I will tell everyone I see how I trust worthy they are and how they steal from their patience. Horrible. They all need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
