They broke the law they used the same rep for the mold as the company. My home aqi is over the max *** I was informed I can't live in my home. Serve pro wants ***** to clean the mess. I don't have that kinda money to clean their mess. It was in my washing machine which was in the basement. I *** have red hands that burn from trying to clean the mess and burning eyes and from the dust. They tracked the cement from my basement around the house to the bathroom. You can not stand barefoot in my bathroom. I've lost a dog and a cat to the dust they have the pictures of the mess and the cat p*** pictures. My mold analysis was only slight I had no clue how to read that report if I did in wouldn't have had them do this work. Their cement is a disaster it isn't even a good job it was slop together. *** have tried to get them to answer and when I did I got if I wanted a professional to do the job I should have hired one. You can't even sleep in my home it ***** your eyes at times. My pup eyes are red every day from the dust that the dehumidifier is pushing up from the floors that are old and have cracks! I've been threatened to take a post down when I said they took my money and ran because they refused to clean the mess if i didn't and my family could clean up better than they could. They have destroyed my home and *** it's unliveable until I get ***** for serve pro. I'm trying to find a cheaper company but I don't have that kinda money. They should have just sealed the wall vs making ***** on a unnecessary job. Now we have no where to live but in the dust that's causing health issue. I've tried to get the boss and no answers!Business Response

In reference to ***************** complaints:
Upon completion of her project in May of 2023 (almost 10 months ago) she signed a completion form the day we were done. This is to ensure our clients are happy with what we did during the project and if something isn't right then we fix it right then. If the job was not satisfactory at that point, why sign that it was? We have made many visits in an attempt to validate her claims of concrete dust all over her house and it simply was not the case. Her house was not a clean house to start with. Our project manager even got on his hands and knees in an attempt to appease ***************** cleaning her bathroom, kitchen and hallway because she claimed we tracked cement into those areas. We have the before and after pictures, no concrete on the floor to start before he cleaned and non after. She could be mistaking the normal dust and dryness one gets in there house particularly in the winter when the relative humidity goes down and things dry out. People and pets get dried out in the winter that's why commonly when children are small you run a humidifier in their rooms in the winter. She likely has a much drier house now as a result of our basement waterproofing project that we successfully accomplished, thus making it less damp and humid in the house. In reference to the areas of microbial content, we found no toxins to be present in the testing initially taken. No laws were broken. We have spoken with ***************** several times over several months and I do believe she has convinced herself that the normal dust in her house is our problem from something we did 10 months ago. If we had did what she said it would have been immediately unbearable to live there, not months later. I do not believe we did anything wrong in this case and am not willing to pay $17,000 to have someone clean her house.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Im disputing their responce. Expedient mold did not go on their hands knees in my home! My home was not dirty when they came. From the day after I called the rep that my home had that dust oddly he agreed it was on the floor but wasn't as bad as I thought that I could clean it. The day my cat pooped the cement I sent the company a picture! The cement is crumbling I've sent them those pictures to. As for the house being over dry that's not what is happening I now have living room windows with condensation. After cleaning the floors I sent the rep a picture of the gray dust /sand he again told me clean myself. I have pictures emails texted the rep the day after about the flooring.. so this wasn't some thing they weren't aware of. When I signed the paper the basement work was completed. It wasn't cracked or dry because it was new but less than a year it's still wet and cracking everywhere soon as it drys so it's going into the drainage system not sure how that's gonna work if it's crumbling in the drains? I also had to show the guy where he didn't put secure bolts on the walls and I asked them to re vac while they were there. They left cement bags on my porch as they walked thru instead of waiting on better weather well the bags got all over the porch and their rep knew that as well. For 17000 I didn't expect this mess of dust or the cement to crumble. Guess if a company does cement work it should dry and be smooth not left with the mess I have which they are aware of since I've sent pictures to them each time trying to get a response. But lying that the rep was on his hands and knees ... really isn't nice... saying my home was a mess no my bathroom was because your company scared me more with mold issues that I took panel down in my bathroom. If I had read the report closer I would have realize it was slight mold and didn't need thousands of dollars to fix and now it's got crumbling cement in the drains so yes that system works great!
Sincerely

We contracted with Expediant Environmental to install an exterior draining system and additional yard drain in June-July 2022. The total price we agreed to was $14,540.00 and we paid a 50% deposit, which they've refused to return. After 6 days onsite, beginning on June 24 2022, we inspected the work and found multiple failures and major issues with the work completed. The foundation work was useless - they didnt do anything to the necessary depth to actually waterproof and route water from foundation and the drainage system was made up of a series of pipes that could never have actually connected to one another, wasnt at the contract-specified depth, etc. Had we not done our own inspection, they would have claimed the work had been done properly and asked for payment in full. I have photo documentation and the Expediant representative acknowledged the errors in the work and originally was cooperative to resolve the issues - but then asked for an additional 50% more money to complete the job.Ultimately they told us they wouldnt complete the work and would not give us our $7,270 deposit back. There was no part of what theyd done that was even usable and we had to pay someone else to both FIX their mistakes and then complete the orignal work. We tried many times to get in touch with the senior management at the company and never had our calls returned.Business Response
