I had an amazing experience with Friendly Honda!! I was in the market for a smaller SUV, and went to look at the HR-V and CR-V. Our salesperson was ******, and he was fantastic. Before I even test drove a car, he sat down with me, asked me about what i was looking for, my price range, etc. Then he asked if I had seen any cars online that I was interested in, and we discussed them. When I picked which ones to test drive, ****** took the time to familiarize me with the vehicles before I drove them. When I explained that Friendly was the first dealership I had gone to, and that I was going to visit several others before making a decision, he was completely understanding and told me to reach out if I had any questions or wanted more information. Over the next couple of weeks, I continued my search. None of the other dealerships came close to matching Friendly in knowledge, assistance, or hospitality! I had several questions before I made a decision, and ****** went above and beyond to get answers for me, always in a timely fashion. When I decided on my vehicle, they buying process was quick, easy and pleasant. ****** spent a good deal of time with me, going over all of the features of the car, so that I was completely comfortable in driving it home. He even called a few days later, just to make sure everything was going well! I would not hesitate to recommend Friendly Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car... and I'm quite sure that I'll be returning there again when it's time for my next one!
