    I recently placed an order with this company while searching for affordable wedding rings. I carefully measured my finger multiple times to ensure accuracy and confirmed that I am a size 7 before purchasing. I ordered a size 7 ring for myself and a size 9 for my husband.Upon receiving the rings, my husband's fit perfectly, but mine was significantly too large and slipped off my finger. I contacted customer support to request an exchange, but I was only offered an 80% discount on a new set rather than a proper resolution. I also inquired whether I had received the incorrect size or if I should size down, and I was advised to size ******* this point, my wedding was just 12 days away, and I was assured that the replacement set would arrive on time. To ensure timely delivery, I paid extra for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, my wedding came and went, and the rings had still not arrived. While I was refunded the shipping charge, I was not refunded for the rings themselves.When the new set finally arrived, the ring was now too small and would not fit over my knuckle. I am now left with two sets of rings that do not fit and no option for a return or exchange. It is evident that there are inconsistencies in their ring sizing, yet this company has not taken any responsibility to correct the issue. I am extremely disappointed in both the product and the service I have received.

    Date of transaction November 21st 2024 The website states 7 to 10 days for delivery. I have tried for the past few days to contact them by email and the emails just come back to me. It is one of the pictures I sent you. I would like one of the three done. For them to find it and get it to me. Resend the items I purchased or give me a refund of the items.The items were rings and two shirts. Thanks for your time.

    Ordered a product, specifically 2 hoodies for me and my wife at the time well over a month ago.     I ordered a product from this company in early November 3 2024 and after receiving no updates on the order after 3 weeks I reached. They responded with no information, but told me to check their FAQ page. I have asked multiple times for shipping status and have not been provided it. They will not answer the phone and take a day to respond to emails. Since they will not provide shipping information, I can only assume this is a scam.

    Placed an order for four T-shirts On August 16. I never received an update. I never received a confirmation. I never received any word from this company until I inquired in the middle of September eventually received a package with two T-shirts on September 25. I have since been trying to make a return with this company and they keep giving me and run around, I still have yet to receive the other two shirts. All I want is a refund and to be done with this company. This was the first time I was ordering from this company. I am on a mission to make sure that all that I know knows that this company is a fraud , they should not even be allowed to do business .

    Order #****** was placed and confirmed on May 31, 2024.The order total was $49.95 I purchased the purple wings rings Today is July 9, 2024 and I have yet to receive my order. I have attempted to contact the seller numerous times about my order and I have been given so many excuses as to why my order has yet to arrive. They provided me with a tracking number and it says that my order was delivered to me on June 22, *************************************************************************** my home. I know that for a fact because I was in my front yard having a birthday party for my son all day. They sent me an email saying to contact the post office and told me to get a non receipt certificate from them. I contacted the post office and the provided a lady the tracking number that I was given. She tried to pull it up on multiple systems and told me that the tracking number that I was given was an invalid tracking number and that they never received any package for me from this company. Couples choices has notified several times about this issue and have not made any attempt to correct the situation at hand and has failed to provided the product that I paid for. I have also asked for a full refund several times and they are refusing to. They have also stopped responding to emails as well.

    The date of the order I believe was May 8, 2024. I placed an order for a set of red love rings. The tracking number is ************N. I was given a guarantee of delivery in ***** days of order. I have reached out to the seller numerous times and have been told to be patient while the tracking info is updated. On the tracking info that I was provided, it says that the package was here in my city on the May 24, 2024 and has since been moved to another city where it is just sitting. I've asked for the shipping company's info so I can get in touch with them myself to retrieve it but I keep getting the same response from the company that states please be patient while we work on updating the tracking info. I requested a refund since I purchased the insurance, and now they are telling me that there is no refunds please be patient. I said I was going to report them to the BBB and they said they are forwarding my complaint to the proper department. It has been over a week and I haven't heard anything from them.

    I bought matching rings December 7th 2023 and they immediately took the money out. I never received confirmation of anything. I emailed them three times and they sent the same generic response back. I emailed them to cancel my order since I'm receiving no response and I haven't heard a word from them.

    Seen a nice jacket advertised on ********* ordered it had to create a profile with vendor and nothing my card was charged no confirmation email just charged my account and I got nothing. I would like the jacket, but doesnt look likely I would rather have a refund.
