On October 9, 2023 I placed an order online for an autographed butter bean boxing glove and a shipping label was printed but the glove was never shipped. I contacted the owner via Instagram and ******** to where he responded many times he would ************ he has ignored my messages and deleted my questions about my gloves on social media. I have asked for a refund or to ship the glove with negative results. I just want what is owed and it seems like there are others who this has happened to and I dont want him to keep ripping people off.Initial Complaint

I made several purchases through the Icons of Boxing website between 12/15/23 and 12/24/23. The first 3 orders I placed were for authentic signed boxing gloves and I received notifications on all 3 that they had shipped on 12/18/23. I received 2 of those items and the 3 item was never received by the **** according to their website and the tracking number states that. After a few days I emailed *********************** about this item since it was a $700 item. He told me to be patient. In the meantime I found ordered several more items from the website and since have only received 1 of those items. So in total I have placed 9 separate orders for 11 separate items. I have only received 3 items and upon inspection they were not the items that were advertised on the website and I suspected them to be forgeries. So I sent the photos of the items to ************************************** to be examined and they deemed them fraudulent as well. So I began sending emails to *********************** the owner to get some explanation of what was happening. I explain to him the issues with the items I received also how they were not consistent with the items he had advertised on his website. I asked for refunds on the 9 items I had not received. He then told me I was wrong and accused me of never having intentions to receive the items and that I purposely tying up his merchandise. So I called my financial institution and explained To them what was going on and they flagged the purchases as fraudulent. I started looking to see if anyone else had experienced this issue with this website and found several reviews on this website BBB of people who seemed to have identical dealings with Icons of Boxing as well as finding more material online indicating that this website sold fake signatures and so on. I have numerous emails as proof between me and ************** where I have repeatedly asked for refunds on my purchases to which he has not facilitated. I filed a complaint with the *** as well. At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Icons of Boxing has been resolved. After 2 weeks of sending multiple emails per day requesting refunds for my orders, the seller finally refunded my money. However this was for the orders that had not been shipped. The seller did not refund me for the non authentic items I was sent for 3 orders. I Would like to warn potential customers to stay clear of this business. He is committing forgery and robbing people of their money. Thank you(By clicking "OK", your complaint will be closed as Resolved.)

I ordered a boxing glove for my boss for Christmas. It never was shipped. I have emailed and emailed several times and at first he responded. He no longer responds. I have no tracking, no glove and no communication. After looking up the business it APPEARS this merchant intentionally steals peoples money with no intention of sending the purchased product.I would like my money back and he needs to be shut down!!!Customer Answer

On 20 August 2023 I made a purchase from Icons of boxing. I was notified that **** created shipping details on Aug 28 but are still waiting for the items to be provided for shipment to occur. After a week of no change I made contact through the online chat, email and ******** message. I received a response on ******** stating Im on it which was vague and did not answer my questions. I finially received a response to the online chat on 8 September saying shipped over a 3 day holiday weekend again vague and to my knowledge the only holiday would of been Labour Day on 4 September. There has been no change and **** are still waiting on the item. This was meant to be a birthday gift and a significant amount of money was spent on the purchase. I do not feel this seller will be honest in providing the products.Customer Answer

I purchased a signed boxing glove autographed by **** *************************** for about $250 and it stated in the description that it was authenticated by *** (**************************************). When I received the item it only came with a certificate of Authenticity by Iconsofboxing. I informed the seller and they stated that I can send the item back to be Authenticated and it will take a few weeks. I sent it back by **** tracking **** **** **** **** **** 28 and informed them on March 5th 2022. Item was delivered on march 7th 2022. Iconsofboxing stated that they were still waiting for *** for authentication. I have sent multiple emails and received no response on that status of the item. It has been almost a year since I had this item I purchased for my birthday. Still states the item is at *** since last message in October. I offered 2 sets of signed gloves over a Month ago I have since emailed many times, contacted the website and ******** site. I can see the messges have been read. Dispite all my efforts the business refuses to communicate in any way. They have not sent my order or done anything. They have taken my money and done nothing. I purchased a autographed 8x10 photo by both ***************************** and ************************* on August 17,2022. Website said that the package was expected at delivery location by the 15th. No tracking info other then **** is waiting for package was sent to me. Its is now the 21st. Owner contacted me once and asked for some information from me. I provided a description and order number (****) and I havent heard from him since. *** called and left voicemails and Ive even text the number given on the website with no reply. I placed an order for a signed *************************** glove from Icons of Boxing. This was done on March 8, 2022 and it was $193.33. On March 9, 2022, I received an email that my order would be shipped. It was showing in pre-shipment for at least two weeks at which point I emailed the proprietor, ***********************, inquiring about the order. He assured me it would be sent and was sorry as they were backed up. It has now been almost three months and he has not returned any of my 3 follow up emails.
