    Made a contact with Am expediting drafting and design service LLC on June 28, 2021, to add an additional floor to my building. however upon that date, nothing was done with my contract after it was signed I inquired several times on the status and keep on being told nothing yet, even though his attitude was very nasty told me to pick up my papers when I go there he calls the cop and tell them that I was bothering him and the cop told me to file a claim in court.

    Hello to whom it may conscern . we have entered into a contract with ****** . a for the application to ***************** department of buildings to show a second floor addition at ************************ date 6/28/2021  in the mist of corona virus shut down. after recieving the the forms and addition requirements back from ****** the application was filed  in september of 2021 there was a lot of reviews by the ***************** requesting more info and changes to the application . on july 14th 2022 the zoning review  was complteded by the ***************** and found to be in violation of building zone ordinance for parking spaces needed . at this point the application had to be submitted to the board of appeals for review  . we are now awaiting *** review and it will take a few months for ***************** to complete.  note the client has no idea of the process and what goes into getting applications through to hempstead department of buildings . the client has been told numerous times we are waiting for results of the review and when we get the results we will call you as soon as we know. the client had to be physically removed by the police at our office his last visit being un controlable and treatened to give use the conronia virus as he was infected . we have been doing everything possiable to help this client but he seems to think the ***************** will do the job faster.  iam sorry for the inconviance this is causing that the bbb had to get in voved with a nonsence claim.  thank you  for notifing us and feel free to contact us if you need any  other info  ************ for you reference his application # is ********

     To Whom it may concern

    I  have Received the Response from the Contractor. The response is all false statement, the contract was made on 6/21 which is way after the Covid problems, from June 2021 to now its about 19 months its way way long to finish this job which is still not done. I was told to pick up all my documents so I went  to pick up all my paperwork and he call the police on me. I was told by the police to go to court and obtain  my paperwork and all payment. He lie on the respond saying that I was Covid positive which  I wasn't,  however I will like the contractor to stop all process and issue me a full refund along with all my documents.

    It unforunate that the client feels that hes priviliged to have his application approved by ********** of *************** sooner than any other applicants, that submitted construction applications before him. Our office has worked on his application and submittal to the ********** of ********* along with revisions, this is a process that is govern by the department of buildings therefore we have no control over completion time frame of approved or denied applications. Client request refund in which hes not entitled. Please refer to 2nd page of our contract where it states clearly no refunds.

    I am being robbed by the contractor and nothing is getting done with my case. All I am being told is I have to wait and I have been waiting for two years.
