      June30th,I wrote a check of$639.00 for July's rent. It was cleared on July 3rd. Without my authorization chili commons paid another $639.00 out of my checking account.They stated that computer was down.They stated they don't have the 639.00 check so they had to put it in the computer. I gave them a copy of the cleared check. They said it's the banks fault.I have been dealing with this issue for 2 weeks. Please advise. Thank you **** ****

      Apartment was not properly cleaned, carpets have waves and stains throughout of bleach and other stains. Apartment has a strong musty smell as If there is mold in Apartment, I aired out apartment for days lit candles and used sprays with no resolve. I have contacted property management with no results. I have photos of carpets and everything.
