    I called to get a service done because I didn’t want to pay to get my car towed to a shop. I asked if they could come out to me and route my serpentine belt they said yes it would be $75 plus tax & commute I said ok. A few hours passed I realized I wouldn’t be able to get my paycheck I called to telll them not to come no answer. So I sent them a text message and said I can’t get my check andd to come another day. They still came the worker called me and text and said they would just work on it since they already out here. I called the receptionist , Brittany S****** and she text and said we can do a payment plan or something which was wierd so I gave her another call the following day and she said someone told the man they were working on it and that they can just come back later and do it . Later on my boyfriend comes home and realized the serpentine belt was off of my car so I started calling and she claims the worker took it off my car on accident but that’s weird because why didn’t she mention that when we were on the phone after the worker left ? She told me to tell the owner that she would talk to him and see what he says about it … whole time … the owner is her husband Mike B******* and her are engaged/married …. Time goes by she claims she tryna help get it back and blocked my cell phone number. She was being too non Chalant about her worker taking it off so I called the police because it seemed weird. They really couldn’t do much. The officer got here. To view the car and that’s when we realized the battery was gone as well. I started calling and texting she blocked my text now & text free app numbers. She said she didn’t know the battery was gone but that she could bring it to me . Which is weird Bc my battery never should have been taken off. Days go by still nothing and she keeps blocking me and saying she doesn’t have to give the battery back. It’s a lot more if you guys call I can explain and provide screenshots of almost everything.

    This Mobile mechanic was aorking on my car from mid May 2022 til about closing out June 2022. It was supposed to be doing some work on my car only to find on top of money he was taking from not only myself but as well as other customers and using them for drugs instead the parts he tells us we need in order to get the job done. He improperly installed things back on my car along with old messed up parts leaving my car undrivable at all even though when he first started doing any work on my car, it was up and run . As well as roommate witness who i also have whose witnessed every thing since day . We literally had to babysit him to do anything just sleeping and doing drugs on the job, which led to him causing me to lose my promotion and my job. Everything is verified messed up fue to my roommate getting my car towed to their shop to be examined in which its costing me almso 1600 possibly more after the more it sits in their lot which messed up me being able to take care of my insurance and all because not only is he costing me morr that i dont have cause he cost me my job and promotion but just everything. Emotional distress and all as well child endangerment as he tried to stalk me with his van while im working borrowing a friend's vehicle, he jumped in to incoming traffic around a school while are crossing nonetheless and tried to run me off the road. Like i would like for him to take care of my bill for my car work, reimbursement for my insurance and everything as well as something to be done about his business be closed down or him to go on some drug protocol becuase there are so many violations that i qish i knew ahead of time that hes done to me as well as other customers in the area.... This needs to be taking care of asap as he keeps trying to stalk me as well

    Either to properly repair my car or pay for the bill for the invoice that i have for the repair shop where my car is which is at est $1,600 right now on top o.f what i already paid them for the work on my car. That's all I'm asking for …I lost my job due to the work, experience and damage that was done to my car. I have the invoice I can send it over as well. Or you can even call the *** **** **** themselves for a more update direct invoice ###-###-#### between M-F before 5pm.
