      This has to be the worst experience of my life. I have tires from a Mr. Tire chain, which they are a part of. I wanted to get my tires balanced and rotated. Clearly states on my receipt that it is covered for the life of the tires, which are 2 years old and have less that 10K miles on them. The individual behind the desk at first said the rotation was covered, but he balancing was not. After showing him the receipt, he indicated that they do not honor that. I said fine, then just rotate the tires. He then changed his story and said they would take a quick look, but that they may not need rotating, they are most likely on the location that is best suited for them???? I told him I would take my business elsewhere and left. I hope to save others the misery of dealing with this place.

      Bad alignment and don’t honor warranty 3mos/4,000 miles. Said would pay credit card but lied about that. Just the worst treatment ever having with a company my family trusted for years. Associate says they’re treated like a fast food and can’t take time and are over booked . Had to go elsewhere for an alignment. Will never go back.

      Failed the inspection due to ‘unsafe wiper blades’ wanted to charge me $60+ for the pair. When looking over the blades, only one was slightly damaged, and the impact was LESS THAN a centimeter of rubber no longer connected to the arm. The wiper blade cost $10 at the **** parts store up the road to replace.

      Unprofessional, angry, aggressive at best. At worst, liars and misogynistic at worst. Avoid this place like the plague. I came by yesterday to get front brake pads only as I had literally just had all four of my tires replaced and had my brakes and rotors very thoroughly checked. I was told that I definitely did not need rotors, but my brake pads needed to be replaced. I had the brakes replaced at Monro and from the very start the deception began. They of course looked at my vehicle and tried to offer me the highest price job and be sure they think you are so stupid as a woman. I told them my car had just been service and was clearly informed that only the brake pads were worn. They replaced the pads and the very next day of driving it my car was barely stopping and now there was a very loud hissing noise everytime I touched the brakes. I went to Monroe and the mechanics there, one is definitely the owner James S. Based on the licenses I see on the wall, who has his dog in the shop, a Great Dane, while working. So unprofessional. Then the guy who is at the front desk barely gives me eye contact and gruffly says what do you need? I told him I had just had the pads replaced yesterday at their shop, and my brakes were squealing. First thing he says is oh it needs rotors. How would you know that? You didn’t even look at it. Then when the owner who was there yesterday and worked on my car went to look at my car he tells the other guy it’s the rotors. I don’t believe him. I don’t get an honest vibe from this man, all I see is vitriol. I say to this man, why no other mechanic has mentioned rotors except for them? They are totally dishonest and take advantage of customers. No wonder they have such a bad reputation which I didn’t know until I went to a restaurant nearby and inquired of their reputation. It is one of the worst apparently but my car was already being actively serviced. I will ever go back. I also need to contact BBB.

      I had broke my band in my tire hitting a pot hole, so I brought it over to Mr tire to have them replace my tire but I also bent my rim (I didn’t know at the time) they put the tire on anyways and never even told me about my bent rim, the following Tuesday my tire blew out on me because my tire didn’t seal properly since they set my tire on a very bent rim. I went in there and showed them the damage that they didn’t tell me about and the employees there couldn’t have cared less about it. What they did was incredibly unsafe and unprofessional. I will never be going back to Mr tire nor will I ever be recommending this tire service to anyone else.

      Drove an hour to get serviced at Free Service Tire & Auto Center #1531 ,5602 Kingston Pike, Knoxville TN, 37919 after a previous positive experience with their Sr. Tech person. Went in for an alignment and balance on an 1976 TR6. The Sr. Tech person from the previous week was not there. The desk clerk "thought they could handle the balance & alignment". It took two hours...because they ran out of balancing weights. Didn't even get out of the parking lot before returning as the alignment was WAY off. After leaving and attempting to drive the one hour home, realized that the balancing was BOTCHED as well. The vehicle was not drivable. Called the store to request a refund, was told a refund was requested from the corporate office and would take 3-5 days to process. Here it is, on the 8th business day...no refund and no further responses to the earlier emails. Ultimately, the TR6 had to be taken to a different service provider to get it fixed.

      Kept our truck 5 days, no calls. Didn't fix it. Paid 580.00 to get vehicle and them technician called my husband an *******. This is Gates store Howard Rd Rochester, NY 14606. Will never ever go back.

      I'd like to share a experience i had with Mr tire in raritan nj store#1027 i brought my vehicle in for two new tires on 04/15/2025. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. upon completion of the service i noticed my exhaust to be much louder than when I brought it in. I brought this to the service managers attention john they put the vehicle back on the lift and proceeded to tell me the vehicle arrived in this condition. Jeremy the service manager talked to me like I was a child. Now I am not a auto mechanic but I wasn't born last night. When I disputed their claim they kicked me out of the repair shop. I asked for my old tires to be put back on my vehicle and money to be refunded they said no not the company's policy. So my front flex exhaust pipe needs to be replaced by another repair shop. John the service manager continued to remind me how big of a company they are customer service backs them and denys all responsibilities in this manner. That being said my vehicle isn't brand new or perfect condition but I didn't arrive with it sounding like a Nascar

      One of the managers was extremely rude, unprofessional and accusatory. They did not accurately assess the car, appeared to have not test driven the car as we discovered issues they did not address. Immediately driving away there was a scraping noise from one of the replaced tires and the emergency brake wouldn't engage. Trying to fix the issue they cancelled our appointment twice due to a mechanic calling out, had to wait a week for an appointment. Returning the vehicle to be looked at for the tire scraping noise, the manager assumed we were drifters and damaged the emergency brakes the day we got the car back, even though we had called to say the car was making noise within an hour of the car being returned the first time. The emergency brake cable they said they would contact a better mechanic who might be able to fix it and let us know.. never happened. I no longer trust this business with my car, this was a horrible experience. Very grateful they gave us discounts and for the repairs that were done, but this was a bigger headache then necessary.

      Tired to file a complaint on a Mr. Tire location for not returning my wheel lock after my service last week but got disregarded when I called and was told to call back in 2 days when a manager is available. So I decided to call the corporate office but unfortunately got disregarded again by Mary who answered the call to guest services because she hung up on me then proceeded to screen my calls after trying again. She answered when I called from my son’s phone then trying to be helpful when she realized it was me, the same lady. I requested a supervisor or manager but she refused to let me know if one was available so I hung up and decided to leave a review with the BBB. And the rating y’all have is not surprising at all!
