I had a Groupon the owner Felicia Fracassi said I didn’t need to go thru them and just come to store she will give me same deal which I did that . I went for my first service had some questions and she was defensive vs just saying I hear you - this is all new to you and I am happy to answer your questions so I decided to go to my next apt today as I got a text confirmation that it was at four and I called to confirm . I drove 30 minutes to get there and the stylists said sorry Felicia did this to another person today that was upset but she is not here and they called her and she told them to tell me to come back tomorrow !! Really she can’t get on the phone to say sorry I didn’t call you to reschedule! Your time is valuable just like mine is and I am sorry what can I do to resolve this do you want me to tell the stylists to give you a refund I can understand you are not happy ! Yes that’s what I expected but that’s not what I got ! Instead she would not not take my call and the stylists were apologetic offered me a free style or drinks I said no thanks just give me a refund and they said they would not be able to and get in trouble ? This is absurd atrocious behavior from the owner and I expect a full refund on my card and do not ever want to go back to this establishment nor do I recommend it to anyone based on how I was treated today .
