On august 4th I went to united auto to purchase a car. They could not get me into the ***** that I wanted so I picked out a 2012 *****, signed the paperwork, deal was done with delivery promise on that thursday. A week later I called to check the status to be told they could not sell me this car because they don't have the title. So i pick a new car, a 2011 ******, pick the car up and it is making awful noises. I called the finance company and told them i never signed a bill of sale and there are issues with the car and I feel like its fraudulent. The bank agrees and rescinds the offer. I take the car back. They can not provide me with the down payment and "let them work on getting me a new offer with another bank". They get me into a 2015 ****** ******. I picked the car up on august 26. The cars check engine light comes on, and I call. They tell me to stop in, it pulls an evap code. They attempt to fix the problem with *******, the check engine light comes back. They then make me an appointment with *********, to which I go. ********* attempts to contact them for authorization to diagnose the car and they do not answer. The check engine light is still on. I am riding around on a temporary registration that expired on 10/10/21 with no idea where my real registration is. The check engine light does not go away and after numerous attempts to reach the dealer and work out a solution they do not answer.
