On June 3rd I asked for details regarding a promotion that was posted at the Go Carwash located at 2875 Monroe Avenue in Rochester, NY. The go Carwash employee explained to me that the promotion was for 3 months unlimited “Go Big” car washes for $40.99. The Go Carwash employee charged me $25.91, and said that I would be charged $15.08 the following month, and then the 3rd month would be free. It seemed an odd way to bill me, so I asked again just to be sure, that the promotion was 3 months unlimited “Go Big” carwashes for $40.99, and was told that was the deal. I was charged an additional $25.91 on July 4th so I called and asked why. I was told that they never had a promotion for that deal. As of now I have been charged $51.82 for a promotion that I was told would cost $40.99. I’m not sure why I would be told what I was if the promotion never existed. I expect Go Car Wash to honor the deal I was offered. A deal that I asked about twice just to make sure that I understood what I was being charged and what I was expecting was what I was going to receive. Again, I expect that Go Car Wash honor the promotion of 3 months of unlimited “Go Big” car washes for $40.99, and reimburse me the amount of $10.83 that I was overcharged.

I moved from upstate ny to South Carolina in May 2022, in doing so sold the vehicle that had the subscription to “*****” car wash. I called to cancel the subscription and was told I needed to send them a picture of the tag on the windshield which I could not do as I did not possess the vehicle. Ultimately I provided the credit card number of the subscription and was told it would be cancelled and I’d be refunded the last several months. Months later I found I was still being charged, I filed a credit card dispute and it was refunded by my cardholder. I see I am STILL being charged by this entity, now “go car wash” who has acquired *****. The contact information on the website makes it virtually impossible to find the right individual to speak with, and no one answers the phones. I don’t know the tag number off the windshield of a car I owned two years ago and I’m shocked a business cannot locate a customer they are billing by any other means. I’ve determined the only way I have a chance at responsiveness from this business is a formal complaint. Attorney general will be next.

I bought my new ******** 8/3/2023 i added my car to the unllimited wash plan like my other 2 vehicles middle of August. I went thru couple times but on 8/30/2023 when i went thru it sounded like the right side of my **** was being whipped. i drove to work which is less than a mile got out and looked and there were a bunch of scuff marks on the roof, side of my **** and even on my passenger front window on the side. i took my **** back to the car wash 619 jefferson rd and spoke to the manager on duty. he took pics and stated that the DM will contact me. i did not hear anything and stopped back on 9/5/23 to see when Alex the Dm would be calling me. Alex called me later on that day. stated that he looked at the photos and the video and there was no way that his wash did the damage that i am claiming. he didnt even look at the damage just stated there was nothing he could do. i know that the car wash did this damage for my **** was brand new and i have coworkers that saw my **** right after i came from the car wash and they couldnt believe it either. i want them to fix the damage that the wash did to my ****. i used to have a white ******** and i never experienced the whipping of my **** when i went in with that one.
