I have had a 25 year positive relationship with the former ******.com when blue tie took it over, there was a transition and I received help to establish my I phone to Computer email with Bluetiehome. the people have always been responsive and I feel friendly, supportive, reasonable in all dealings. I got no warning that ****** was selling their service. So now my emails are being held hostages unless I pay for them. Customer service could care less and are ignorant and sarcastic as anything I've ever seen. They don't care one bit that they stole my emails. Actually I think they call this extortion. This company should be sued whose with me. Horrible, horrible service. DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL.BlueTie Inc Response

Hello Concerned Client, We are sorry that your free ******.com email service was terminated. That was a business decision made by the ****** Management Team. That was not a decision of ours to make. Their policy was to purge all email accounts after 90 days of inactivity. Your account would fall under that category. Our paid service is simply a way for you to regain access to your inactive account (with a new email address) so that you can save off whatever email you may want to keep. We are under obligation of contract to disallow access to inactive accounts unless they have been upgraded with one of the paid options. We are sorry that this change caught you off guard. ******.com notified users in early July and every week through 8/31/2021. Sincerely, Rob
